Now, this is the empowerment of the Bhaṇḍa: Compassionate Lord, supreme glorious Heruka, and all the assemblies of blazing Takrita, with this empowerment of vessel and essence, may you subdue the heretics, yakshas, and skull-holders. With this glorious vessel, the mouth entwined with willow branches, may you bless the ḍākinīs to blaze and play. With the various consciousnesses on the heads of heroes, may you bestow the accomplishment of the eight wisdom consciousnesses. Kapāla Abhiṣiñca Sarva Matra.
