Golden mothers, three hundred and sixty messengers, along with billions of retinues, partake of this command offering and accomplish the entrusted tasks! Vajra Kilaya and the like, the twelve great steadfast mothers, each with their retinues and armies, all with black hair, fire blazing from their mouths, blood flowing from their eyes, holding black hair swords, skulls dripping with blood, from atop thrones of many golden snakes, think with affection upon those with vows, accept this supreme offering, and accomplish the entrusted tasks! The four swift sisters of the continents, sister of the Garuda soaring in the sky, sister of Yama, the red yak skull, sister of the Nagas, the black clawed, sister of the Yakshas, may the four sisters come to this place, fulfill the vows, accept the offerings, and accomplish the tasks! Twenty-eight great powerful goddesses, possessing the realm of compassion and loving-kindness, the hosts of Brahma and other sisters, along with servants and even lower servants and retinues, partake of this command offering of the great glorious Vajrakumara, now reveal your supreme forms and bestow accomplishments! Until accomplishments are bestowed, may you not manifest! In this intermediate place of support, abide and accomplish all tasks! Great mothers, all of you, in the past before the great glorious Heruka, as you vowed and promised, for the sake of attaining wisdom of the world and beyond, perform the tasks of practitioners, do not stray from your vows, accomplish the tasks! Maha Pancha Amrita Khahi (藏文，梵文天城体，महापञ्चामृत खादहि，梵文罗马拟音，mahāpañcāmṛta khādahi，汉语字面意思，Great Five Amritas, Eat!), Maha Rakta Khahi (藏文，梵文天城体，महारक्त खादहि，梵文罗马拟音，mahārakta khādahi，汉语字面意思，Great Blood, Eat!), Maha Balimta Khahi (藏文，梵文天城体，महाबलिंण्त खादहि，梵文罗马拟音，mahābaliṃṇa khādahi，汉语字面意思，Great Offering, Eat!). Thus offering and inviting the medicine and blood, Hum! May the hosts of oath-bound dakinis belonging to the remaining collection of vows, along with their retinues, be satisfied and pleased by this goddess's vow, fulfill all deficiencies of vows, protect the Buddha's teachings, enhance the glory of the Three Jewels, protect the Sangha and the kingdom of Dharma, dispel the decline of the world, increase the happiness of sentient beings, be companions to the yogis, accomplish the tasks of mantra holders, especially may those gathered in this vow, pacify the outer, inner, and secret obstacles, and quickly accomplish all common and supreme siddhis without remainder! Thus pray for what is desired, Ya hi gatsa.

Having thought that the guests have returned to their own places, throw the torma outside and then gather the mother mandala. Seventh, supporting the steadfast earth goddess: Outside, sprinkle the torma of the steadfast earth goddess with peacock feathers and recite: Tram Ratna Trailokya Phat. Visualize each atom of the torma transforming into a jeweled tent, with inexhaustible enjoyment filling the sky, and bless it with Om Ah Hum. Hum! The assembly with vows and the retinue, The blood-drinking deities, like the form of the sky, Come, come, protecting mothers, Come here, fulfill your vows, accomplish your actions. The great self-existing mother and the four demonesses, Gangkar Shame and the four yakshas, Kongtsun Demo and the four medicine women, The great sisters who protect Tibet, Together with a retinue of many servants, Together with many fluttering ornaments, Together with the sound of many cymbals, Come here, fulfill your vows, accomplish your actions. You great sisters, In the cave of the Asuras, By the master Padmasambhava and, By Langchen Palgyi Senge, Placed on the seat of the province, And having placed the vajra in your hand, Bestowed empowerment, speaking the secret name, Placed in the rank of Vajradhara. To protect and govern Tibet, And to help the yogis in their practice, As you have promised and vowed, Remember the weighty oath you have taken, Enjoy the torma of the oath substance and command, Accomplish the entrusted actions. Om Lala Lele Tam Tam Te Te Kha Rakma Mama Sring Droma Hum Bhyo Hum Hum. Recite this, and offer the three substances of medicine, blood, and torma, such as Maha Pancha, and also offer medicine and blood. Entrust the actions by saying that the twelve steadfast mothers and their retinues should protect the Buddha's teachings, etc. Then, reciting Ya Hi Gachchha, request them to depart, and then take the torma to a clean place. Eighth, performing the dance of the four actions: Visualize the torma plate transforming into Mount Meru, and summon and subdue the oath-breaking demons underneath. Hum! The body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, The deluded Sugatas and their retinues, Likewise, all the supreme lineages, In the boundless realms of the world, For sentient beings who are extremely ignorant, With peaceful great compassion, There is nothing that cannot be tamed. Bhagavan, glorious Vajrakumāra, please consider me, along with the entire assembly of deities and retinue. Because we, as individual beings, have become afflicted, The actions of body, speech, and mind are mixed with afflictions and have become careless, And because yogis have not received empowerment, or have fallen under the influence of sinking and agitation, Samādhi is unclear, Or because we have fallen under the influence of laziness, offerings have not been prepared, Or because we have fallen under the influence of unawareness and ignorance, there have been omissions or additions in the ritual, or because of the influence of miserliness, the offerings are poor and small, Or because of the influence of delusion, we have not been able to fully accomplish the rituals that come from the tantras, etc., all transgressions, errors, and faults, please forgive, And please bless us so that they do not become obstacles to the path and accomplishments. Great Vajrakila! This activity manual, based on the root of the Great Orgyen, and relying on the treatises of Jomo Lhamo, Kyekhyu, and the wise Rongzom of Langlab Nanam, is well-collected and called "Ocean of Accomplishments." The words and meanings are well-explained, the glory of the day. This blessing radiates a thousand lights, the activity manual made by the wise and accomplished crown jewel, Lodro Gyaltsen, is like a wish-fulfilling jewel. By the virtue of this well-collected writing, may we completely triumph over the battlefield of the unforgiving demon armies, and may we quickly attain the state of Vajrakumara! Thus, this is called the essence of the Vajrakila activity manual, "Ocean of Accomplishments." Pönlob Ngadak Drak Rigdzin Gyatso, with great enthusiasm, created harmonious circumstances, and when establishing the ritual assembly of this at Orgyen Mindroling Monastery, the ritual assembly members such as Soton Thutop Namgyal, and Mipham, who recently came to me, with khatas and red cloth, and Chöying with khatas as offerings, repeatedly requested. Based on this, the one named Rinchen Namgyal wrote this. However, since a pure exemplar was not found, there may be some points for discussion regarding mantras, etc. If the original exemplar can be found, may the wise examine it!
