In the east, they subdue beings with skillful means, in the south, they press down Yama with their feet, in the west, they torment the demons of the nagas, in the north, they destroy the yakshas. In the southeast, they overpower the fire god with their power, in the southwest, they seat the rakshasas on their seats, in the northwest, they bind the wind god, in the northeast, they are the masters who subdue the powerful one. The gods above are brought under control, the earth lords below are reduced to dust. Having filled the directions and intermediate directions with phurbas, bless the above and below perfectly.
