Hold a gathering. Uphold the doctrine of activity. During the period, perform a hundred thousand times of holding torma and offering leftovers. Thus, complete the hundred thousand recitations of the count. Obtain accomplishments. Dedicate the roots of virtue. Finally, meditate on non-conceptualization. Then, again, generate from the letters, perform gathering and dispersing, benefit beings, and protect the body. Then, by saying, "Om Betali Raksha Yaksha JAH JAH," from the two nostrils, two "JAHs" are cut off to the left and right. From the left "JAH," on the left, generate Betali, dark blue, with one face and two arms, the right hand holding a curved knife entwined with the main deity, the left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood, offering it to the main deity. From the right "JAH," by saying, "Uchushma Krodha Betali Raksha Yaksha HUM," on the right, generate Ekajati, the right hand holding an iron hook, the left hand offering the enemy's heart to the main deity. She is also called the flesh-eating mother Betali. She is also called the ashen-colored corpse. She is also called the ogress wearing a garment of poisonous snakes. She is also called Ekajati, the liberator, the one with a single braid. She is also called the dancing black woman who subdues the end of time. She is also called the ogress with a hanging head. Meditate on one whose body color, hand implements, ornaments, and attire are different from the main deity, entwined around the body. From the non-dual gathering and dispersing, by saying, "Yama Raja Ni JAH JAH Mama Rulu Rulu Ma He Bhyo HUM Phat," meditate on the terrifying Yama Raja, with a large body and coarse limbs, dark bluish-black in color, with red eyes, hair swirling upwards, holding a sword in the right hand, raising a threatening mudra in the left hand and holding a lasso, reducing the one who is being cursed to dust. In front, generate an inconceivable blood-eyed mother, with hair swirling upwards, adorned with wrathful lines and earrings, the right hand holding an iron hook, the left hand offering heart blood to the mouth, hooking the one who is being cursed to the front, raining down a rain of weapons, extracting heart blood and brain blood, and consciousness, offering it to the main deity. Meditate on the birds of the charnel ground, jackals, and all the gathered retinues of the charnel ground drawing out the enemy's intestines and devouring the flesh. Thus, the five deities, father, mother, and son, are called the five fundamental deities. Think that the enemy is also burned by a blazing fire. Having meditated clearly in this way, recite the non-dual essence, the life essence of Remati, and the essence of the essence of the hundred thousand and eight mothers.
