May we take refuge upon seeing the base ones, generate the mind of enlightenment, be liberated from the lower realms, and enter the path of the noble ones. May we obtain the power to accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings by pervading all, and may we become the same as the Tathagatas in body, speech, and mind. Furthermore, may these rays of light gather into one and pervade the mantra water in the vase, so that by merely touching it, all harm, inauspiciousness, and unease are pacified, and it becomes a nectar purifier that increases glory and well-being. May it pervade the body, retinue, and all the implements of the one to be accomplished, eliminating and pacifying all sickness and harm, freeing the body and mind from all faults, becoming as hard and stable as a vajra, and becoming a vessel of Dharma. Furthermore, may all the noble ones, through various skillful means such as establishing the suchness of the Dharma, accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception. May our generating some objects with the mind and reciting some mantra syllables also be blessed by the noble ones, realizing various doors of samadhi and infinite syllables, and being completely purified. Recite three times, or if abbreviated, recite once. By the truth of the Three Jewels, the power and blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the power of the Dharma realm being completely pure and inconceivable, and the truth of the steadfast vows of the noble ones, may it be so. Recite this three times. Eleventh, reciting the mantra: Contemplate that the noble ones grant and accomplish the activities, manifesting as wished for. Read the stainless mantra sutra, and recite the long and short mantras one hundred and eight times each. Finally, while reciting the mantra, bathe oneself and others with the vase water and drink it. Sprinkle the mantra water in all directions, and recite: "Whoever has gathered here," etc. Third, the conclusion is divided into eight parts: Accumulation, purification, aspiration, circumambulation and offering, confession and supplication, sending back, dedication, and auspiciousness. I respectfully prostrate to all the supreme jewels, together with the Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, and Pratyekabuddha Sanghas! I respectfully prostrate to all the stupas, body relics, and remains in the ten directions! I respectfully prostrate to all the holy Dharma protectors who abide in the manner of the world and beyond the world! To all those noble assemblies, I offer and worship water for offering and washing, incense and flowers, food and lamps, music and cymbals, umbrellas and banners, and whatever else is actually available. With all the unclaimed divine substances and abundant human resources in the ten directions, and with all the offering clouds arising from the aspirations of Samantabhadra's conduct, generated by the power of dharanis and mantras and the power of faith, I fill and offer them extensively throughout the Dharma realm that pervades the endless expanse of the sky. From beginningless time, in all lifetimes wandering in samsara, I thoroughly confess all sins and non-virtuous deeds, in short, doing what should not be done, doing what should be done, and not doing what should be done, and all actual sins. I rejoice in all the merits of all the virtuous deeds of the Buddhas and beings of the three times. I urge all the victorious ones of the ten directions to turn the supreme wheel of Dharma. I request all the lights of the world who wish to show the manner of passing into nirvana not to pass into nirvana, but to act for the benefit of the world and to remain for a long time. By this merit, may all see the state of omniscience. Etc., and may all sentient beings have happiness! Etc., reciting each verse. The second part is: Thus, having properly built the Dharma body stupa, and through the power of the great merit of accumulation and purification, may all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the ten directions perfectly accomplish the benefit of themselves and others, and may their intentions be spontaneously fulfilled. May all the mandalas of the palaces be covered by the expanding clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings. May the holy Dharma flourish in all worlds through all kinds of means.

May we abide long in happiness! May all Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Shravakas each perfect their liberation and swiftly attain the state of omniscience! May all protectors of the sacred Dharma fulfill their vast vows, and may their power, strength, and glory increase greatly, and may they realize the state of Buddhahood! May all the deities and protectors who benefit us and our retinue be free from any faults of body and mind, and may they possess the fullness of glory and qualities! May all limitless sentient beings purify the two obscurations along with their habitual tendencies. May all suffering and harm be pacified. May all virtuous qualities be perfected, and may they swiftly attain the state of complete omniscience, the Buddhahood! Through this merit, may all sentient beings, including myself, by the power of whatever roots of virtue have been accumulated since beginningless time in samsara, by the truth of the Three Jewels, by the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and by offering and reciting the profound and vast Mahayana sutras and dharanis, by the merit of properly constructing stupas of the Dharmakaya, and by the power of the pure realm of Dharma, may all the benefits spoken of in the sutras and dharanis be immediately obtained, perfected, and manifested by myself and the patrons! May all sentient beings, including myself, from beginningless samsara, through karma, afflictions, and the obscurations of ripening, etc., be completely freed from all sinful actions such as being born in the three lower realms and the eight unfavorable conditions, or falling away from the mind of enlightenment and virtuous paths, and may they be completely pacified and purified! May all diseases, short lives, harms, non-virtue, inauspiciousness, evil, and enumerations of sins, which arise from past karma and present conditions, be pacified and never occur again! May we be liberated from the harm of evil spirits and obstacles, and may they possess loving-kindness, and from now on, may they not generate harmful thoughts towards anyone! May we have long lives and be free from illness, may our wealth be abundant, and may all our wishes be fulfilled as desired!

May all the glories of the world and beyond, such as tranquility, be accomplished! May all lifetimes be endowed with a body, resources, retinue, and virtuous friends that perfectly complete the accumulation of enlightenment! May we always encounter the Mahayana Dharma and realize its meaning through hearing, thinking, and meditating! May we always associate with and please the virtuous spiritual friends who unerringly teach the sacred Dharma, be unattached to possessions, possess skillful means and unobstructed power of wisdom, and thus easily bring all the great practices of Bodhisattvas into our practice! May we quickly attain the great state of the Bhagavan Buddha, the indestructible body that perfectly completes the accumulation of merit and wisdom, and thus liberate all sentient beings from the ocean of existence and establish them in the realm of non-abiding Nirvana! Third, at the beginning of circumambulation, recite: namaḥ navanavatīnāṃ tathāgatagaṃgānandi bālukānāṃ koṭinīyutaśatasahasrāṇāṃ oṃ bobori carini cari mori gori cala vāri svāhā. And: namo bhagavate ratnaketurājāya tathāgatāya arhate samyaksaṃbuddhāya tadyathā oṃ ratne ratne mahāratne ratnabijaye svāhā. Recite these two mantras seven or three times. Then, recite both the long and short versions of the Immaculate Dharani, or if you do not know them, recite the essence short dharani while circumambulating one hundred and eight times. Finally, if you are able and willing, you should recite the verses for circumambulating stupas and the verses of "Manifest Victory," but it may be difficult to do so like the number of times. Therefore: Whatever wise person, With a very joyful heart, At the stupas of all Buddhas, Moves slowly in circumambulation, The gold of Jambudvipa, The standard measure of measurement, Even if there are millions of trillions, It is not equal to that merit.
