Just like changing bodies, because of having the same merit, one will go to the Land of Bliss. Hereafter, one will not be stained by the impurities of the womb. Wherever one is born, one will be born miraculously, born from a lotus. In all lifetimes, one will remember past lives. One will always desire to see all the Tathagatas. All wishes will be fulfilled as desired. If one wishes to perform the ritual, one should bathe and change clothes, wearing yellow garments. Make a square incense mandala. Write the heart mantra on paper. Erect five stupas. Also place this mantra inside the stupas. Place four stupas in the four corners. Place one in the center of the mandala. Erect a wooden pole and hang a red banner. Scatter with flowers. Place five full vases. In the four corners, place four treasure chests, and fumigate with incense of turuska, agaru, sandalwood, and guggulu. Place four incense offering containers. These two wish-fulfilling jewels should also be recited one hundred and eight times. Recite the heart mantra and circumambulate the mandala one hundred and eight times. Those afflicted by illness, harmed, suffering from severe illness, with exhausted lifespans, threatened by untimely death, afraid of the king and enemy armies, and those desiring children, should place (their wishes) facing the mandala. Sprinkle with five peacock feathers. Make offerings to the stupa mandala. If this ritual is performed once, one will be freed from the karmic obscurations accumulated over millions of kalpas and become without obscurations. One will be completely liberated from all diseases, all afflictions, the hell realms of beings, the animal realm, all the evil destinies of Yama's world, and all fears. Worldly and transmundane suffering, obscurations, sins, and cruelties, passing from one lifetime to another, will be completely destroyed until the ultimate essence of bodhicitta. Exhausted lifespans will also be reversed and become long. Forever.

长久被疾病缠身，身体消瘦也能完全恢复。身体变得非常清净。心愿也能如意圆满。以后不会见到死主之门的痛苦。像蛇蜕皮一样舍弃身体，因为有同等福分，将往生极乐世界。无论生于何处，都将从莲花中化生。一切时处都将以各种珍宝严饰。一切生世都能忆起前世。按照此仪轨，如一日三时念诵二十一遍，就能从罪障和一切烦恼中解脱。按照念诵仪轨，圆满一年，就能获得名为“无畏观一切门光芒”的等持。在十方一切佛土中，将能见到一切如来。将获得名为“无垢清净炽盛光辉”的身体完全清净。将获得寿命完全清净。能对恒河沙数八十二亿的如来种下善根。在生生世世的传承中，也将变得非常清净。无论想去哪个佛土，都能如愿前往。像蛇蜕皮一样舍弃身体，因为有同等福分，将往生极乐世界。不会见到死主之门，并且像梦一样通晓一切。在初八或者十四、十五，如果念诵这两部如意宝大陀罗尼咒一百零八遍，并绕装有舍利的佛塔，仅仅通过念诵，佛塔立即发出声音，会赐予“善哉”之语。立即脱离罪障、一切烦恼、贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴的垢染、吝啬和嫉妒。

Being afflicted by illness for a long time, even if the body is emaciated, it will be completely restored. The body will become extremely pure. Desires will also be fulfilled as wished. Hereafter, one will not see the suffering of the Lord of Death's door. Like a snake shedding its skin, abandoning the body, because of equal merit, one will go to the Pure Land of Bliss. Wherever one is born, one will be born from a lotus. In all places, one will be adorned with all kinds of jewels. In all lifetimes, one will remember past lives. According to this recitation ritual, if one recites twenty-one times in three sessions a day, one will be liberated from the obscurations of sin and all afflictions. If one completes one year according to the recitation ritual, one will attain the samadhi called "Fearless Vision of Light Rays from All Doors." In all Buddha fields of the ten directions, one will see all the Tathagatas. One will attain the complete purification of the body called "Immaculate, Pure, Blazing Splendor." One will attain complete purification of life. One will plant roots of virtue with as many Tathagatas as there are grains of sand in eighty-two billion trillion Ganges Rivers. In the successive transmissions from one lifetime to another, one will also become extremely pure. One will be able to go to whichever Buddha field one desires. Like a snake shedding its skin, abandoning the body, because of equal merit, one will be born in the Pure Land of Bliss. One will not see the door of the Lord of Death and will know everything like a dream. On the eighth, fourteenth, or fifteenth day of the month, if one recites these two great Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Dharani mantras one hundred and eight times and circumambulates a stupa containing relics, the stupa will immediately emit a sound just by reciting, and will grant the word "Excellent." Immediately, one will be free from the obscurations of sin, all afflictions, defilements of desire, hatred, and ignorance, miserliness, and jealousy.

So be it! May the body become without defilement and completely pure! Whether it is a man, woman, boy, or girl, all those who have spoken with them will be liberated from all sins. Even if spoken to those who have gone to the animal realm, they will be completely liberated from all that belongs to the animal realm. Even if spoken to all the flocks of birds, all the flocks of birds will be completely liberated. Even if spoken to dogs, turtles, snakes, cats, foxes, and various creatures, they will all be completely liberated. If one recites twenty-one times on sand and scatters it in a cemetery, those whose bones are touched will be completely liberated from whatever hell they have been born into, and will be born in the heavens. For those who have been born in the heavens, a rain of flowers will fall upon their bodies. Any wild animals and various birds that go to that cemetery will all go to a good rebirth. If scattered on a mountain, all the mountain goats and flying birds will go to a good rebirth. If one recites one hundred and eight times, "The all-penetrating light, the crown jewel, the stainless appearance, the essence of the Tathagatas of the three times," even those who commit the five inexpiable sins will be immediately and completely liberated from the suffering of being burned after falling into the Avici hell. If recited one hundred thousand times, even if one is led away with a rope tied around the neck, one will immediately return from the realm of Yama. One will be completely liberated from that great fear. All hell beings will be pacified and destroyed, without any doubt. Even Yama, the King of Dharma, will think and remain like a servant. The body, like the path of meditation or like a snake shedding its skin, will abandon the body and manifestly rejoice and go to the blissful realm of the world. One will not see the suffering of the Lord of Death. If one writes it out one hundred thousand times and places it inside a stupa, all the stupas will blaze from the hundred thousand verses. I too will blaze. Assuredly, one will immediately become non-retrogressive. One will abide in the ten bhumis. Ganges sand, a hundred thousand, ten million, billion.

At ninety-nine times a hundred million times the number of grains of sand, in the presence of the Bhagavan Tathagatas, one will plant roots of virtue and receive prophecies. Then, if it is placed inside a great stupa and a wooden pole is erected, it will be called the "Million Stupa of the Essence of the Relics of the Tathagatas of the Three Times." Whoever performs actions related to this will become irreversible. They will manifestly awaken to unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Even those belonging to the realm of animals, and any other kind of living beings that go there, will become irreversible. Even if touched by its shadow, they will be completely liberated, so what need is there to mention making abundant offerings? The qualities and benefits of this are beyond description. Then, the great Yaksha general Vajrapani, the Four Great Kings, Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshvara, and those sons of the gods who dwell in the Tushita heaven, and Indra and the other sons of the gods of the Thirty-Three realms, and the son of the gods, Jewel Heart, the Immaculate One, all of them went to where the Bhagavan was, circumambulated the Bhagavan three times, and then, with palms joined respectfully, they said to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, this great powerful dharani mantra is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, difficult to see and hear. Bhagavan, we will gather together and, in future lives and future times, we will hold this wish-fulfilling jewel. We will expand it. We will proclaim it to all sentient beings. For the sake of the great sentient being who holds this, we will follow behind, constantly and continuously protecting, saving, and concealing them.
