Place each in their respective positions. Although old texts do not explicitly mention painting on cloth, it seems easier to paint the deities in a palace of watercolors. If circumstances and time do not permit, one can arrange piles of white rice like a mandala, as described above. Even if the deity is not generated in them, they can serve as seats for the invited assembly of deities, having the crucial significance of not confusing positions. And on a vast and wide seat formed by the blessings of truth, the invited deities reside, rather than being absorbed into the supports just mentioned. However, seven images should be made. Because of the power of the words "seven images should be made," seven images are indispensable, and the retinue also arises naturally. Therefore, they are made by qualified wise individuals. Below, the assembly of guests is invited to descend, so there is no need to worry that the wisdom beings of the supports will depart. For each of the main Sugatas to whom offerings are made, seven lamps and seven five-colored banners are needed, as can be known from the prayer of liberation. In addition, prepare offering water mixed with good medicine and spices, anointment, flowers (real or artificial), and fruits. Offer pleasant fragrances by burning incense such as sandalwood, agarwood, and dhuruka, as well as powders. Prepare divine food made from a mixture of various foods, various musical instruments such as cymbals, umbrellas, victory banners, clothing, the seven precious jewels, the eight auspicious symbols, and the eight emblems, arranging abundant material offerings. If possible, make seven of each. It is permissible not to offer tormas to the yakshas, guardians of the directions, and local deities, but if offering through the sutras, then arrange a portion of food. Display treasure vases filled with fragrant water, adorned with silk scarves and fruits at the opening. Make offerings to the assembled sangha of monks, and recite the Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita Sutra and other profound sutras as a support. As for the time, it can be done at any time, but especially, our teacher entered his mother's womb on the fifteenth day of the Water-Aries month in the middle of summer in the Earth-Sheep year. He was born on the seventh day of the Saga month in the Iron-Monkey year. He renounced the world on the eighth day of the last spring month in the Earth-Mouse year. He attained enlightenment on the fifteenth day of the Saga month in the Wood-Horse year. In the same year, in the Water-Aries month

On the fourth day, he turned the wheel of Dharma of the Four Noble Truths in Varanasi. On the twenty-second day of the middle autumn month of the Iron Rat year, he descended from the heavens. The festivals of Nirvana on the fifteenth day of the Saga month of the Iron Dragon year, etc., are recorded according to the infallible Pugpa tradition. Dharma Lord Sakyapa was born on the eighth day of the small spring month of the Fire Rabbit year. Omniscient Bu was born in the Wood Ox year. Kache Panchen and Tropu Lotsawa identified the twenty-second day of the Star Month as the day of the Descent from Heaven, etc. Although the views of the wise are profound and firm, and difficult to verify, the monthly festivals occur every year, and the common offerings are made. Although it is not clear at what age of the Buddha they occurred, it is generally believed to be the Great Month, and some also consider it to be the Small Month, but unlike the times just mentioned, Miracles, Attaining Enlightenment, Turning the Wheel of Dharma, and Descent from Heaven are the four great festivals. The scriptures say that whatever good deeds are done will be multiplied by hundreds of thousands, so the benefits are particularly great. It is said that the view of Jowo Master is that the year of the Buddha's birth was confused with the name of someone called Tölung Jowo, but it is not the idea of Master Dipamkara. Second is practice: Washing the body well and wearing clean clothes is external bathing, abandoning unclean foods such as meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions, relying on pure foods represented by the three whites and three sweets, and keeping the mind away from afflictions is internal bathing. Householders should abide in Uposatha, and renunciants must abide in the Great Vehicle Uposatha. By the truth of the Three Jewels and the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the great power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, and the pure and inconceivable power of the Dharmadhatu, please invite the Guru Buddhas and their retinue to come to this field of Uposatha today. May they come and abide here by the power of truth. With great compassion for the sinking beings, bestowing the essential meaning of the vast Sutra Pitaka, I prostrate to the Giver, the Lineage Gurus, and all virtuous Gurus. Protector, possessor of great compassion.

The supreme aspiration of harmony is exceedingly wondrous, And when practicing, it also increases, Perfecting deeds in one fortunate eon, I prostrate to the thousand complete Buddhas. In times past countless eons, For the sake of saving all impoverished beings, Having made special aspirations, I prostrate to the eight Sugatas. The Buddhas, seeing the crown of the head, protect all, World-Fear, Golden Sage, Light Protector, and Shakyamuni, Gautama, the god of gods, I prostrate to the seven heroic Buddhas. Possessing excellent marks, a face like a spotless moon, Like the color of gold, I prostrate to you. Without dust, like you, there is none in the three realms, Unequaled, knowledgeable one, I prostrate to you. Bhagavan, whose compassion is equal to all, Whose name, when merely heard, dispels the suffering of evil destinies, Healing the disease of the three poisons, Buddha, the Medicine Guru, I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. Skillful means, compassion, etc. Where the complete Buddha was born, And where he touched enlightenment, And turned the wheel of peace, And passed into stainless nirvana, I prostrate. Above, below, and in between, In the directions and intermediate directions as well, With form and without form, I prostrate to all the stupas. Inexpressible, unthinkable, unspeakable, Prajnaparamita, The very nature of unborn, unceasing space, The object of individual self-aware wisdom, I prostrate to the mother of the Buddhas of the three times. Manjushri and Savior-Liberator, Lord of Secrets, Chenrezig, etc.

With great conduct, carrying the burden of liberating all beings from samsara and nirvana, I prostrate to the Mahayana Sangha! To those in whom the precious supreme mind of bodhicitta arises, I prostrate to their bodies! Even when harmed, they bring happiness, I take refuge in the source of happiness! I prostrate to the Arhats, the supreme wise ones who have tamed all faculties! Having well and firmly resided in the kingdom of the teachings, I prostrate to the sixteen Arhats who uphold, propagate, and protect the teachings! By diligently meditating on the profound twelve links of dependent origination, the wisdom of the self-born, self-enlightened Buddha is understood in a way that is without reliance, I prostrate to the noble Pratyekabuddhas! Having attained the glory of miraculous power and clairvoyance, in accordance with the Buddha's teachings, they well protect the precious treasury of the teachings, I prostrate to the Vajra Dharma Protectors! In the past, they accumulated merit like an ocean of generosity, thereby attaining the glory of life, wealth, and power, raining down wealth like rain upon practitioners, I praise and prostrate to the Gods of Wealth! To the Buddhas and their retinues, who are as vast as the sky, I and all beings as limitless as the sky, emanate this body into as many particles as there are atoms in the fields, and constantly prostrate with a respectful mind! As it says in the "Bodhicaryāvatāra": "To all the Buddhas, those who are, those who were, and those who are yet to come, I bow down with my body, speech, and mind, without exception." With this, prostrate. Then return to your place and play various musical instruments, and recite: "Flowers, incense, lamps, and perfumes, as well as fragrant water and delicious food, parasols, banners, and ornaments, I offer to all the Buddhas and their retinues." Put down the musical instruments and recite: "All afflictions such as attachment, hatred, and ignorance, as well as the sins committed by body, speech, and mind, I now confess before the Buddhas." With this, perform the seven-limb practice, then kneel with your right knee on the ground, join your palms, and remember the meaning in your mind: "Just as the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Enlightened Buddhas of the past, like a well-trained colt, like a mighty elephant, have done what was to be done, have laid down the burden, have attained their own benefit, have completely exhausted the bonds of samsara, possess the correct teachings, have minds that are completely liberated, possess wisdom that is completely liberated, for the sake of all sentient beings, for the sake of benefit, for the sake of liberation, for the sake of freedom from disease, for the sake of freedom from famine
