The leather amulet is spinning rapidly. The large silver belt and the lower part of the small belt are caressed. The turquoise is deep blue, and the gold foil is yellow, with strings of coral red hanging down. Various precious ornaments adorn the pockets and waistbands. Rosaries of hearts and human heads, and a net of tinkling bells decorate it. The outer skin has an iron net, and a bag of disease tied with snakes is attached. The front skin is tied with colored threads. On its saddle front, two letters abiding in the sky radiate light, cutting off the malicious ones of the ten directions. The power of the arrogant males and females is gathered and dissolved, from which arises a burning curved knife marked with the syllable (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽，seed syllable), and marked with a khatvanga. Mamo Black Woman, Ting Lam! Mama Dun Ting Ma Bhayo! By reciting this, the khatvanga dissolves into light, from which appears the glorious goddess, her body dark blue-black, with one face, four arms, three eyes, four fangs bared, her hair reddish-black tied upwards and hanging down, bound with a garland of five dry skulls. On the crown of her head is a crescent moon, and the beauty of peacock feathers. Adorned with a silk diadem, a string of black snakes, and a garland radiating various jewels. She wears a black silk cloak on her body, and a necklace of wet skulls. She sits with her two feet in a majestic, embracing posture. Her right hand holds a vajra curved knife, and her left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, crossed at her heart, embracing the glorious Great Black One. Or, of her four arms, the first right hand holds a three-pronged khatvanga, the first left hand polishes and looks into a magical mirror, the lower right hand holds and throws a sky-iron phurba, the lower left hand coils and throws a black snake lasso, and the upper left hand embraces the glorious Great Black One. Then, by saying Om Mahakala Ya Hum! (ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ，oṃ mahākālāya hūṃ，嗡 玛哈嘎拉雅 吽，Om, Great Black One, Hum) the curved knife dissolves into light, from which appears the Vajra Great Black One, his body the color of thick darkness, his face extremely wrathful, with four fangs bared and his tongue swirling. His three eyes, filled with hatred and rolling, encircle and look in the ten directions. His lightning-like reddish-brown eyebrows and beard are blazing. Sparks fly, his reddish-yellow hair stands upright, bound with snakes and silk, and adorned with skulls with many jewel finials, blazing with fire.

Adorned with bone ornaments made of skulls, and venomous snakes decorating the head, body, and limbs; wearing a tiger skin loincloth, a nine-layered black silk robe, and various silk garments, with a garland of the heads of vicious beings as a bloody necklace. The right hand raises a blood-stained, flaming curved knife, its light illuminating the world; the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, offering it to the mother's mouth; the right leg is extended in a dancing posture, while the left leg embraces the mother, devouring all demons and enemies, amidst fiercely burning flames, emitting a fierce laughter, and the great sound of (Tibetan: མ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: माभ्यो हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: mābhyo hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ma Bhyo Hum), shaking the three realms, controlling everything, causing all fears to be feared. On the eight-spoked wheel of fire, in the directions of east and so on, and the intermediate directions of fire and so on, respectively, are the eight great black lords and consorts transformed from the eight (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) syllables and eight mothers, standing on bluish-black mules and horses: Black Lord Great Summoner, Ogress Eater Red-Faced Mother, Black Lord Heart Blood Drinker, Mother Wrathful Fierce Mother, Black Lord Great Breath Taker, Demoness Black-Faced Fire-Mouthed, Black Lord Lord of Life, Monpa Woman Black-Faced Blood-Handed Mother, Black Lord Destroyer of the Cemetery, Drolging Black Woman Powerful Mother, Black Lord Controller, Great Goddess Tsartsi Ka, Black Lord Subduer of the Vicious, Great Mother of the Three Levels, Black Lord Great Incinerator, Vajra Demoness Rakshasa Mother; these eight lords and consorts all hold curved knives and skull cups filled with blood with the same skillful means and wisdom, and stand embracing each other, with colors, decorations, and clothing similar to the main lord and consort. Outside of them are the ten guardian deities of the directions, the seventy-two arrogant chief lords, the seven wolf-riding women, the seven Phurba mothers, the seven disheveled-hair mothers, the seven weapon-wheel mothers, the four sisters, the eight burning mothers, the goddesses of the four seasons, the twenty-eight Ishvari goddesses, the four great warrior queen goddesses, and other emanations, surrounded by countless emanation retinues, emitting various fierce roars, threatening the lives of the demons and enemies who destroy the Dharma, raining down various weapons, filling the space.
