By the power of the greatly blazing splendor of victory, the strength to utterly destroy the roots of the Black One's retinue, becoming the great Vajra Wrathful One, may the Lama Protector always protect! A collection of the fierce activities of all the Buddhas, with great, invincible power, becoming the executioner of demonic enemies, the chief of all Dharma protectors, I bow with respect to the feet of the Great Vajra Black One! Subduing demons, the lord of all mothers of the three realms, manifesting as the activity body of the Eternal Queen, to the self-arisen Queen, sovereign of the desire realm, I prostrate, grant the grace of supreme accomplishments! In order to destroy demonic enemies, spread the Dharma, and accomplish all the desires of practitioners as they wish, Mahakala, the Black Coat Siblings, together with their retinue, offer and request, proceeding with the order of activities. In order for the true Vajra Black Coat Lama to repeatedly grant blessings, having closely gathered from all tantras and instructions, I will compose it in a way that is not too elaborate and easy to practice. Here, those who wish to offer, fulfill, request, and accomplish the activities of the Great Black One and his retinue, should, in a secluded place, in front of the Dharma protector's support and arrangement, prepare the common torma of the Lama, Yidam, Dakini, and Dharma protector, as well as the continuous torma of the Ma Gon retinue in particular, nectar medicine, offerings, etc., arranging the commonly seen offerings as usual. First, perform the self-generation ritual of any Yidam, along with recitation, and then visualize the front generation. From emptiness, in front of oneself visualized as the Yidam, from the syllable Hūṃ arises a dark blue triangular flame on a vajra rock, equal to a thousand worlds, upon which is a tree of Indra-nila jewels, adorned with sword leaves, wheel flowers, and curved knife fruits.

Like arrow grass gazing at the sky, adorned with sharp enemy-blade leaves and streams of blood, and numerous harmful wild beasts freely roaming. Above it, a swirling vortex of nine spaces filled with red-black flames of wisdom, in the center of which is a raised chain of vajras with sharp points, filled with spears marked with vajras, swords, shaktis, battle-axes, enemy-blades, arrows, tridents, phurbas, curved knives, wheels, and other weapons. In the center of various lotuses, in the middle of the eight great charnel grounds, from a black (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भृं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed Syllable) arises a triangular palace of burning iron scorpions, dark blue, a wide poplar tree, with three sharp corners flashing like a black snake slithering downwards. The pillar bases of eight nagas, the pillars of eight gods, the beams of eight planets, constellations and bone arrangements, a roof made of flesh and blood, covered with a rosary of skulls, a hanging net and half-net of intertwined entrails and heads. On the outer half hang many sharp weapons. The three sides have doors and horse ramps, adorned with shrouds, yak-tail whisks of corpse hair, human skin banners, hanging wet intestines, the shroud of a charnel ground (Sanskrit: cetta, Sanskrit Romanization: cetta, Literal Chinese Meaning: Mind), and crowns of skulls. Incarnate birds and wild beasts, and many retinues of wrathful action deities, devour the flesh and blood of enemies while patrolling and roaming inside and outside. In the center of the extremely terrifying and hair-raising palace, from (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed Syllable) arises an eight-spoked wheel of iron scorpions. Its center is a dark blue triangle, with three corners supporting three doors. In its center, from one's own heart radiates the letters (Tibetan: མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: mā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Mother) and (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed Syllable), remaining in the sky, from which arises the letter (Tibetan: པྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Lotus), in the center of various eight-petaled lotuses.
