即从此处命终之后，不经其他转生阻隔，于彼处出生而得见无量光佛尊颜。如是吾所发之愿，十方诸佛菩萨众，祈请加持无碍成。怛[口*它] 喋[口*它]，班杂 哲热亚 阿瓦 波达 纳亚 梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ།，梵文天城体：तद्यथा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，汉语字面意思：如是说。），班杂 哲热亚 阿瓦 波达 纳亚 梭哈。（藏文：པཉྩ་དྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：पञ्चद्रिय अवा बोध नाय स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：pañca driya ava bodha nāya svāhā，汉语字面意思：五根觉悟成就 梭哈。）此乃成就极乐刹土之修法仪轨，由伏藏大臣Ra Ga A sye为了伏藏师心愿圆满，从天法典籍中汇集整理，近侍衮达记录成文，若有错谬向神祈忏悔，愿以此善根，所有结缘众生，皆能往生极乐刹土。༁ྃ༔ 天法光明供养回向文：十方三世诸佛菩萨垂念，我等随喜圆满二资粮，我于三世所积诸善根，供养三宝祈愿佛法兴，所有善根回向诸有情，愿诸众生速证佛陀果，所有善根聚集为一体，愿我相续之中速成熟，二障清净圆满诸资粮，长寿无病修证得增长，愿我此生证得十地果，何时命终舍弃此肉身，愿能立即往生极乐刹，往生之后莲花随即开，愿以此身成就正等觉，证得菩提乃至尽未来，化身救度无量诸有情。萨玛雅 嘉嘉嘉。（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言。）此乃化身不变金刚于十三岁鸡年水上月一日所说无量光佛之教言。 ༈ 念诵祈愿文等之后，合掌，嗡，成就吧！金刚身无生无死，梵天语无生恒常金刚语，离戏之心三世不变金刚心，与不灭身语意及一切圆满者，如鼓声之王引导无量光，身语意功德事业愿成就，我等寿命及所修持至究竟，愿能行持广大之利益众生之事。如是念诵三遍，乃金刚语。之后忏悔，未及之处等念诵百字明咒，之后仪轨之，之后前方等收摄次第，吉祥语及善愿回向等行之。善妙增上！ ༈ །།所需一切受用具足

Immediately after passing away from here, without being interrupted by other rebirths, may I be born there and see the face of Amitabha. This is my prayer, may all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions bless it to be accomplished without obstacles. Tadyathā. Pañca driya ava bodha nāya svāhā. This practice of accomplishing the Sukhavati realm, was compiled and arranged from the Heavenly Dharma scriptures by the treasure minister Ra Ga A sye, for the fulfillment of the treasure revealer's wishes. The attendant Kunda wrote it down. If there are any mistakes, I confess to the deities. May all beings connected by this virtue be reborn in the Sukhavati realm. ༁ྃ May the Victorious Ones and their Sons of all times and directions be mindful. I rejoice in the completion of the two accumulations. I offer the virtues accumulated by me in the three times to the Three Jewels. May the teachings of the Victorious Ones flourish. I dedicate the virtue to all sentient beings. May all beings attain Buddhahood. Gathering all the roots of virtue into one, may they ripen in my mindstream. May the two obscurations be purified and the accumulations be completed. May longevity, freedom from illness, and the increase of experience and realization be attained. May I attain the ten bhumis in this life. Whenever I pass away, may I be reborn in Sukhavati. Having been born, may the lotus flower open, and may I attain Buddhahood in that body. Having attained enlightenment, for as long as it lasts, may I guide beings through emanations. Samaya Gya Gya Gya. This is the teaching of Amitabha spoken by the incarnate Migyur Dorje at the age of thirteen, on the first day of the Water Upper Month of the Bird year. ༈ After reciting the prayer etc., join your palms together and say: Om, may it be accomplished! The Vajra body is free from birth and death. The Brahma's speech is unborn, eternal Vajra speech. The mind free from elaboration is the unchanging Vajra mind of the three times. Possessing the immortal body, speech, and mind, and all perfections, the King of Drum Sounds guides the Infinite Light. May the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities be accomplished. May we perfect our lives and practices, and may we engage in the great benefit of beings. Say this three times, it is the Vajra word. Then ask for forgiveness. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra for what is not attained, etc., and then the ritual. Then the gathering sequence in front, etc., auspicious words and good wishes for dedication, etc. May goodness and excellence increase! ༈ །།May all desired enjoyments be complete.

我未积聚，于欲妙眷属众亦未贪执，三学藏部智慧之宝藏，舍弃与读诵于心之中央安置。此乃佐钦（རྫོགས་ཆེན།）堪布噶玛·涅顿·松饶·丹贝坚赞（ཀརྨ་ངེས་དོན་གསུང་རབ་བསྟན་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་）于某个夜晚在卡丁（མཁའ་ལྡིང་）洞穴所书，愿善妙增长！ 萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆（梵文，Sarva Maṅgalaṃ，一切吉祥！）。

I have not accumulated, nor am I attached to the multitude of desirable qualities and retinues. The treasury of wisdom, the three trainings and the pitaka, abandoning and reading, I have placed in the center of my heart. This was written by Dzogchen Khenpo Karma Ngedon Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen during a certain night in Khading Cave. May virtue and goodness increase! Sarva Mangalam (Sanskrit, Sarva Maṅgalaṃ, May all be auspicious!).
