所有可怜的众生。愿从轮回和寂静中解脱，证得菩提！吉祥圆满，三根本本尊众。吉祥光芒，战胜一切违缘。吉祥如意，赐予一切所需所愿。愿以最胜吉祥，普及一切吉祥！如是等回向祈愿，广作吉祥。此烟供吉祥甘露降雨，亦如第察翁波之转世，至尊上师噶玛丹增之意愿。噶旺菩提四身自在者，以利他之心，于邬金吉祥楚布寺（今楚布寺，位于拉萨市堆龙德庆区），在名为嘉瓦之木马年首次诞辰之际，书写此文，愿吉祥光芒战胜违缘之圆满功德普及一切！ 极简烟供回向文。 皈依发心及烟供净化已先行，于空性之中。从嗡（藏文：བྷཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）中，于广大之烟供器皿内。化现五妙欲之自性。嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽），念诵三遍。嗡 阿不ra底 蘇嚕 普巴 耶 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་པྲ་ཏི་ སུ་རུ་ཕུ་པ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ अप्रति सुरूपुपे ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ aprati surupe pupe ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，无障碍，妙色，花，愿圆满），念诵七遍。此具足五妙欲之烟供。愿龙王极欢喜。以及非人（মিঅংচি）之王，五髻等所有龙族。特别是所有如是之有情。舍弃前身，尚未获得后世之身。处于中阴界之状态中。愿居于此之可怜众生。获得圆满之妙欲。认知此为中阴身之后。从恐惧痛苦中解脱。愿迅速于圆满报身佛。证得菩提。纵不能如此，亦愿舍弃无暇之处。获得天界之身。行持殊胜之佛法。此乃至尊杜都多杰于大成就者自性智慧前所书写，善哉！ 从无私奉献甘露之云聚中。降下吉祥如意之雨。于楚布寺（今楚布寺，位于拉萨市堆龙德庆区）拉章之上所行之善业。愿佛法与众生之安乐如春日般增长！ 即使具足所需之受用亦未积攒。亦未执着众多眷属。三学三藏之智慧宝库。安放于舍弃与阅读之心髓中。此乃大圆满班智达噶玛定顿松饶丹贝坚赞所言

May all miserable sentient beings attain enlightenment, liberated from both samsara and nirvana! May the auspiciousness of the fully developed Three Roots assembly of deities, the glorious and radiant auspiciousness, conquer all adverse battles! May the auspiciousness that grants all desired wishes, the supreme auspiciousness, pervade all auspiciousness! Thus, may dedications and prayers be made extensively auspicious. This incense offering, the auspicious nectar rain, was written according to the intention of the reincarnation of Dhi Tsa Wonpo, the venerable lama Karma Tenzin. May the power of Garwang Jangchub, the master of the four bodies, with the intention of benefiting himself and others, at Ugin Palgyi Tsurphu (present-day Tsurphu Monastery, located in Doilungdêqên District, Lhasa), on the auspicious occasion of the first birthday of the Wood Male Horse year, spread the supreme perfection of the auspicious, radiant victory over adverse battles! A very condensed Sur offering dedication. After refuge, bodhicitta, incense purification have preceded, in that emptiness. From Bhūṃ (藏文：བྷཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhūṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable), within a vast vessel for Sur offering. May it transform into the nature of the five desirable qualities. This Sur offering endowed with the five desirable qualities. May the Naga king be extremely pleased. And the king of the Mi'amchi, all the Nagas including the five-crowned ones. Especially all sentient beings as many as there are. Having abandoned their former bodies, and not yet obtained their future bodies. Abiding in the intermediate state of bardo. May the miserable beings residing there. Obtain the perfection of desirable qualities. Recognizing this as the bardo state. May they be liberated from fear and suffering. May they quickly attain enlightenment in the perfect Sambhogakaya Buddha. Even if that is not possible, may they abandon the unfavorable states. Obtain a body in the heavenly realms. And practice the sacred Dharma. This was written by the venerable Dudul Dorje in the presence of the great accomplished one, self-awareness wisdom, may it be virtuous! From the clouds of selfless giving of nectar. May the rain of auspicious wishes fall. By the virtue of what was accomplished above the Tsurphu Labrang (present-day Tsurphu Monastery, located in Doilungdêqên District, Lhasa). May the well-being of the Dharma and beings increase like the glory of spring! Even though possessing all desired enjoyments, he did not accumulate them.
