思维之后布施水，念诵嗡嘛呢等，嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः ह्रीः हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 舍 吽）等，数量多少皆可。为了消除经典中所说的障碍，对于那些有极大饥渴之苦者，需要没有丝毫食物气味的干净水，并念诵嗡 匝拉摩当 萨瓦（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཛྭ་ལ་མོ་དམ་སརྦ།，梵文天城体：ओम् ज्वालोदम् सर्व，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jvālodam sarva，汉语字面意思：嗡，火焰，给予，一切）等咒语，数量多少皆可，最后以不混杂塞果的咒语来布施水，最后祈愿中阴界的众生得到满足，饥渴和恐惧的痛苦得以平息。像这样，从“水之”等两句偈颂开始，到“未获得”等忏悔，以及迎请诸宾客，最后进行回向祈愿等，应广为行之。由策旺衮恰所作。萨瓦 芒嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལམ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）。吉祥善妙！ 纵然具备所需的一切受用，也不积聚；纵然拥有众多眷属，也不贪恋。将三学和经藏的智慧宝库，置于舍弃和阅读的心中。这篇文字也是由被称为佐钦班智达噶玛涅顿松饶丹贝坚赞者，在一次闲暇时于空行洞中写下的，愿善妙增长！萨瓦 芒嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）。 朵玛笔记

After contemplating, offer water, reciting Om Mani and other mantras, such as Om Ah Hrih Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः ह्रीः हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hrih Hum), as much or as little as possible. To eliminate the obstacles mentioned in the scriptures, for those with great hunger and thirst, clean water without any trace of food is needed. Recite the mantra Om Jvalamodam Sarva (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཛྭ་ལ་མོ་དམ་སརྦ།，梵文天城体：ओम् ज्वालोदम् सर्व，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jvālodam sarva，汉语字面意思：Om, Flame, Giving, All) etc., as much or as little as possible. Finally, offer water with the mantra that does not mix with Se Gol, and finally pray that the beings in the Bardo are satisfied, and the suffering of hunger, thirst, and fear is pacified. Like this, starting from the two verses of "Water of" etc., to the repentance of "Not obtained" etc., and inviting the guests, and finally making dedication and prayers etc., should be done extensively.
