As it is said in the Tantra of the Play of the Cuckoo in the Charnel Ground: 'Reviling the teacher from the heart, harming the Buddha's teachings, reviling the Great Vehicle, harming all sentient beings, becoming the common enemy of yogis, if you do not quickly and forcefully kill them, then because of breaking the vajra samaya, you should kill them forcefully and powerfully. This samaya is extremely wonderful, the cause and basis for attaining Buddhahood, the wish-fulfilling jewel, the precious jewel. Not abandoning the places of samaya, the excellent qualities are beyond description. Because it is identical with Buddhahood itself, what need is there to mention other accomplishments? Therefore, diligently generate and protect it.'
