仅仅是光芒照射，就以伟大的慈悲心摄受，将殊胜和共同的成就，以及三秘密的加持，全部以光芒彩虹五色的形式迎请，融入自己和前方。同样，将显有轮回涅槃的寿命、福德、威力、力量、光辉等，也汇聚成光的形式，观想如雨水落入大海般，细密地融入自己的身语意三门。念诵观想咒轮和前方生起时，也要像自身生起一样观想。在念诵修持时，自身生起为主，而在事业、回遮、修持等时，前方生起为主。总的来说，在秘密的总规中，观想命字和咒鬘为本尊的自色为主。对此，也可以根据早晨、下午等四种事业的观想，改变和结合。༈。在笔记观想法中说：如事业法本一样，以猛烈的威力明晰地，从心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中，发出无量光芒。供养圣众，清净有情罪障后，从无边刹土的佛菩萨和，本尊空行护法财神众，身是莲师身，语是妙音语，阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）里嘎（藏文：ཀཱ，梵文天城体：का，梵文罗马拟音：kā，汉语字面意思：嘎）里，白色红色，心是金刚，如雨般降下，细密地融入自身。观想身语意功德事业受到加持。自己是上师猛烈威力明晰的，心间莲花月垫上，金刚吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，金刚的中心吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字周围，咒语右旋，以轮回的自声，外器内情等，有色无色都变成莲师身，自己以扶持的方式放置咒语扶持。世间一切都摇摇晃晃，不要散乱，在遍布广大中精进念诵。如是说。出自事业法本金刚橛。笔记小观想，不要修改好好安住。因为这样说，为了相信笔记没有修改，所以写下支持的引证。༈。又在观想法笔记中说：修成四种事业的小观想是：早晨观想本尊身相咒鬘白色，观想无死寿命自在持明威力圆满。中午观想本尊身相咒鬘黄色，权力财富受用六种圆满，六种是：寿命，福德，光辉。

Merely by the rays shining and touching, may I be embraced by great compassion, and may all the blessings of the supreme and common siddhis, the three secrets, be invoked in the form of five-colored rainbows of light, and absorbed into myself and the visualized deity in front. Likewise, may all the life, glory, power, strength, and splendor of samsara and nirvana be gathered into the form of light, and may I meditate that they dissolve into my three doors like rain falling into the ocean. When visualizing the mantra wheel and the deity in front during recitation and practice, one should also meditate as if visualizing oneself as the deity. During recitation and practice, visualizing oneself as the deity is primary, while for activities, repelling, and accomplishing, visualizing the deity in front is primary. Generally, in the common practice of secret mantras, it is primary to visualize the seed syllable and mantra garland as the deity's own color. For this, one can also change and combine the focus of the four activities, such as morning and evening. ༈. From the notes on meditation sessions: As in the activity manual, with fierce and clear power, from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the heart, countless rays of light emanate. Da. Retinue of disciples, wealth and prosperity are abundant. Contemplate extensively. In the evening, visualize the deity's form with a red mantra garland, contemplating the container and its contents, existence, samsara, and nirvana being drawn under one's control. At dusk, transform the deity's form and mantra garland into dark blue, contemplating the enemies of the teachings and obstructing spirits being reduced to ashes. During the day, the key is to accomplish the four activities. Guru Sadhana Vardhantu (藏文：གུ་རུ་ས་དྷ་ན་ཝརྡྷནྟུ།，梵文天城体：गुरुसाधन वर्धन्तु，梵文罗马拟音：guru sādhana vardhantu，汉语字面意思：May the Guru's accomplishment increase). May the accomplishment of the Guru increase. Even though the necessities of life are complete, do not accumulate them; even though there are many desirable qualities and retinues, do not be attached to them. Place the treasury of wisdom, the three trainings, in the heart of renunciation and reading. This was written by Drupchen Ponlop Karma Ngedon Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen in a solitary retreat at Khading Cave. May virtue and auspiciousness increase!
