啊！玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）！法性虚空之广阔中，慈悲的云团密集而至，加持的雨水淅沥而下。祈请玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）上师您安住于此，安住后请赐予加持。祈请玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）唯一母尊，请您加持，玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）唯一母尊，请赐予殊胜灌顶，玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）唯一母尊，请消除障碍，玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）唯一母尊，请遣除恶缘，玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）唯一母尊，请赐予成就，玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）唯一母尊，请引导正道，玛（藏文：མ་，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：母亲）唯一母尊，请生起证悟。祈请加持自明觉性于自身显现，祈请加持战胜无明之魔，祈请加持证悟自心即是佛陀，祈请加持证悟更上一层楼，祈请加持证悟达到究竟。 帕（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）！ 念诵时，观想莲花寂静圆满，并宣说空行母降临的加持，据说这是玛吉（藏文：མ་གཅིག）自己所作。格朗隆巴也以之作为对玛吉（藏文：མ་གཅིག）的祈请而闻名。自身与他显现为观世音菩萨，从无垢染的白色身相等等开始，向观世音菩萨顶礼。念诵六字真言。帕（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）！如此行持，观想宾客返回各自的处所。回向文：以此善根愿我速，成就断法大手印，一切众生无一余，悉皆安置于彼地。帕（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）！如果需要朵玛护法也应进行。念诵自他善妙真实成就之语。自身应进入无饰白色空行母的行持中。善哉！ 即使具足所需的一切受用，也不积攒；即使拥有众多眷属和享乐，也不贪恋。将三学和经藏的智慧宝库，置于舍弃和阅读的心中。这段话是被称为佐钦（藏文：རྫོགས་ཆེན།）堪布的噶玛（藏文：ཀརྨ）确定意义语教法幢者，在一次静修时于卡丁（藏文：མཁའ་ལྡིང་）洞中所写，愿善妙增长！ 萨瓦 曼嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）！ 断法的会供中，功德皆生。

Ah! From the vast expanse of the Dharmata's sky, dense clouds of compassion gather, and a gentle rain of blessings falls. I invite you, the supreme mother, to reside here as an ornament on my crown. Having resided, please bestow your blessings. I pray to you, the one and only mother. Please grant your blessings, one and only mother. Please bestow the supreme empowerment, one and only mother. Please dispel obstacles, one and only mother. Please avert misfortune, one and only mother. Please grant accomplishments, one and only mother. Please guide the path, one and only mother. Please generate realization, one and only mother. Please bless that self-awareness may arise within itself. Please bless that we may conquer the demons of ignorance. Please bless that we may realize our own mind as the Buddha. Please bless that realization may increase from above. Please bless that increase may reach its end. PHAṬ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Cut through)! While reciting, visualize a peaceful and complete lotus, and proclaim the blessing of the descending dakinis. It is said that this was composed by Machig herself. It is also known that Langlungpa used it as a prayer to Machig. Clearly visualize oneself and others as Avalokiteśvara, starting from the stainless white body, etc., and prostrate to Avalokiteśvara. Recite the six-syllable mantra. PHAṬ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Cut through)! Having done this, imagine that the guests have returned to their respective places. Dedication: By this merit, may I quickly attain the Great Seal of Chö, and may I establish all beings, without exception, on that ground. PHAṬ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Cut through)! If a Torma protector is needed, it should also be done. Recite the words of truth that self and others may achieve goodness. One should enter into the conduct of a white dakini without ornaments. Good! Even though possessing all the desired enjoyments, do not accumulate them; even though having many retinues and pleasures, do not be attached to them. Place the treasury of wisdom, the three trainings and the scriptures, in the heart of renunciation and reading. This was written by the one called Karma, the Definitive Meaning of the Word, the Banner of the Teachings, the abbot of Dzogchen, in a cave in Khading during a solitary retreat. May goodness increase! Sarva Mangalam (藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：All auspiciousness)! From the Chö gathering, all qualities arise.
