大手印。 这作为无散乱禅修的真实基础。 那太奇妙了！ 在父系噶举派上师们的行为中， 游历于寂静的雪山岩洞。 以柔软的衣物燃起拙火的暖乐。 享受无漏禅定的食物。 那太奇妙了！ 在虚假的世俗幻城中， 以疑神疑鬼的魔术， 修持等味智慧的苦行。 那太奇妙了！ 在外在违缘如雷轰顶的冲击下， 在内在恐惧不安的险峻关头， 修持无惧的雷击苦行。 那太奇妙了！ 在错觉显现的梦幻国度里， 以无执著的瑜伽， 将体验遭遇的显现转化为道用。 将悲伤喜悦傲慢的激动， 以及我慢执着的傲气， 抛之脑后。 这被认为是无有扬弃取舍的行为。 那太奇妙了！ 内在错觉的巨大海洋融入法界。 这是心已占据法身王位的标志。 外在显现自在地转变轮回涅槃。 口中吟唱经续窍诀的金刚歌。 身显神变不可思议。 低时如鱼般游于缓流中。 中时穿透坚硬的岩石。 高时如鸟般翱翔于蓝天中。 不可思议的成就征象，超乎想象。 那太奇妙了！ 以殊胜大密乘的快速道， 本性光明法身的遮障得以去除。 一生之中获得双运的永恒地位。 事业遍及一切众生界。 噶举派如珍宝之串。 这被认为是证悟佛陀心性的结果。 那太奇妙了，不是吗？ 如此甚深九法的殊胜之处。 可悲的是，像我这样的恶业者， 白天忙于错觉显现的得失之事。 夜晚沉溺于愚痴昏睡之中。 明天急促呼吸停止之时， 没有一丝一毫能成就此事的确信。 恶业的果报比山还重。 内心对外在后悔的悲伤如火般燃烧。 没有修持大手印道，真是令人沮丧。 现在将此生剩余的少许时间， 在寂静快乐的山间， 如同父系噶举派上师们的传记一般， 愿我专注于实义！ 这是琼波巴·钦饶彭措所著。

Mahamudra. This is made the actual basis for undistracted meditation. How amazing! In the conduct of the forefathers of the Kagyu lineage, wandering in solitary snow mountain caves. Kindling the bliss-warmth of tummo with soft-to-the-touch garments. Enjoying the food of uncontaminated samadhi. How amazing! In the city of false, conventional illusion, with the magic of demons of doubt and hesitation, practicing the asceticism of equal taste wisdom. How amazing! In the face of the crashing force of external adverse conditions, in the great straits of internal fear, dread, and suffering, practicing the asceticism of fearless thunderbolt-striking. How amazing! In the realm of illusory appearances and dreams, with the yoga free from mental fixation, taking the appearances of experiences and encounters onto the path. Casting aside the excitement of sorrow, joy, pride, and arrogance, and the conceit of self-superiority. This is regarded as conduct free from acceptance and rejection. How amazing! The great ocean of internal delusion dissolves into space. This is the sign that the mind has seized the throne of the Dharmakaya. External appearances freely transform samsara and nirvana. The voice draws out the vajra songs of sutra, tantra, and pith instructions. The body displays miraculous, inconceivable wonders. Low, like a fish swimming in gently flowing water. Middle, passing straight through solid, hard mountains and rocks. High, soaring like a bird in the expanse of the blue sky. Amazing signs of accomplishment, beyond comprehension. How amazing! With the swift path of the supreme great secret vehicle, the obscurations of the naturally luminous Dharmakaya are removed. In one lifetime, the permanent state of union is attained. Activities pervade the entirety of beings' realms. The Kagyu lineage is like a string of jewels. This is regarded as being attained from the Buddha's mind. How amazing, is it not? Such are the special qualities of the nine profound dharmas. Alas, those with bad karma like myself are busy during the day with the activities of gain and loss in illusory appearances. At night, they fall under the power of dull, sleepy ignorance. When the breath is urgently cut off tomorrow, there is not even a single certainty of accomplishing this meaning. The ripening of bad karma is heavier than a mountain. The sorrow of external regret burns like fire in the mind. It is so sad not to have meditated on this Mahamudra path. Now, may this little bit of remainder of this life be spent in solitary, joyful mountain valleys, like the biographies of the forefathers of the Kagyu lineage. When wandering in the impartial realm on earth, Bande Mangala spoke these auspicious words in a wonderful way. ༈ །། Even though all the necessary enjoyments are gathered, they are not accumulated; Even though there are many desirable retinues, there is no attachment; The treasury of wisdom of the three trainings and scriptures, Is placed in the center of the heart of renunciation and reading. This was also written by the one called Dzogchen Khenpo Karma Ngedon Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen, during a short rest in Khading Cave. May goodness increase! Sarva Mangalam! (藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，English literal meaning: All auspiciousness!) Like tapping on a book, telling of dry experiences, etc., what is thought of is written down, called the little song "Sky Flower, the Abode of Youthful Flight."
