From page 501 to 532. From page 501 to 532. The six aggregates and their objects are without inherent existence and are empty, and the mind and mental activity that abide in the alaya are without inherent existence and are greatly empty, and the alaya consciousness itself is without inherent existence and is exceedingly greatly empty. Because these are not realized as they are, one wanders again in the wheel of samsara. By purifying that defilement with the path, gradually purifying it, wisdom is manifested. Utterly purified and extinguished, it is transformed into the ultimate Dharmakaya. The second is the title of the chapter: In the word commentary that reveals the profound inner meaning, the way in which the channels, winds, and bindus are gathered and stopped, which is the order of the path, is the explanation of the eleventh chapter. Thus, after the nature of the ground, path, and fruit has been extensively explained in eleven sections or chapters, the third general meaning, in a condensed way, is to understand the reason for the mantra section, and all the sacred Dharma of the scriptures does not go beyond any of the three baskets. Therefore, the outer and inner baskets are combined separately, and after explaining the necessity of knowing them, etc., this chapter ends with a dedication, etc. There are three parts to this: explaining the vidyadhara basket by way of conclusion, praising the activities and making dedications and aspirations, and the way in which the composition is completed. The first has five parts: the collection of the general meaning, the combination with each of the three baskets, the necessity of knowing them in general and in particular, the collection of the nature of the fruit, and from where this is obtained. The first is: The Victorious One in all the tantras, outer common appearances and, inner channels, winds, and bindus and, other imputed deities and mantras, defiled and combined conceptual thoughts and, undefiled wisdom two aspects, all ultimate and conventional and, with and without elaboration said. Thus it is said, the Victorious One, the perfectly complete Buddha, in all the four classes of tantras, although there is nothing other than mind, in the outer world, like a common appearance, the consciousness that appears, the outer world and the aggregates and elements that arise and so on are taught, and in the Vajrayana, the inner channels, winds, and bindus of the Vajra body, and other

All the teachings on deities and mantras in the generation stage of visualization are the basis for purification as long as they are tainted by impure conceptualization. When they are transformed into the two types of wisdom—knowing the suchness and the extent of things as they are—they are said to be the result. All of these rely on conventional truth and are associated with elaborations such as names, words, and letters. Relying on ultimate truth, there is no elaboration of grasper and grasped, and it is said to be the nature of reality itself. Although all phenomena do not go beyond the union of the two truths, in order to make it easier for sentient beings with conceptualization to understand, all phenomena from form to omniscience are taught with three aspects: characteristic, sign, and basis. Each of these is also divided into three, and so on, endlessly. The Ornament says: For the benefit of sentient beings, the Buddhas explain the characteristics, signs, and distinctions with thorough differentiation. The second part has three: combined with Abhidharma, combined with Sutra, and combined with Vinaya. The first has three: external and internal Abhidharma, and combining them with examples and explanations, and summarizing the meaning. The first is: There is no external agent, dependent and related appearances are self-appearances. Included and not included by conceptualization, the aggregates, as containers and contents, subtle and coarse, names and words, and letters, directions, times, and so on, what is taught is the external Abhidharma. This is to correct those who have fallen into different extreme views among sentient beings. In the Vehicle of Characteristics, it is taught that there is no agent such as self or Brahma in the various realms of the world that appear externally, and that dependent and related arising is merely the appearance of one's own mind. Although it is not established externally, it is established by conceptualization and included in non-associated formations, as the container that is the basis and the content that is relied upon, subtle things such as moments and atoms, and coarse things such as streams of consciousness and Mount Meru, and names such as calling it a vase, and words such as the vase is permanent, and the letters that are the basis of these two, such as A, and directions such as East, and times such as the past, and so on, the antidotes and what is to be abandoned, mind and mental factors, etc., which are extensively taught in the sutras, these in Vajrayana are the external perfections.
