融入空性种子字中，获得五身五智的成就。如此这般具有五种颜色的光芒，譬如围绕着一束束线绳。自身与对生本尊之间，嗡嗡作响地旋转着。自身与对生本尊的父母，二十个咒鬘，父亲十个向右旋转，母亲十个向左旋转。那也越来越快地急速旋转着，从对生本尊父母十尊的咒鬘中，放射出各种光芒遍布虚空。遍布虚空的众生，所有通过五毒之门积累的罪障得以清净，获得所有殊胜的功德。再次光芒遍布十方刹土，供养五部佛陀及其眷属所有。五身五智的十种成就，汇聚成五光的形态融入对生本尊。那与咒鬘无二无别，返回融入自身而获得成就。如此这般观修念诵即是近修。那些时候念诵仪轨中的长咒。之后光芒化为咒鬘，自身与对生本尊之间如前一般地旋转着，自身与对生本尊之间，从那咒鬘中，放射出各种光芒遍布虚空。供养安住于十方三世的诸位上师，以及佛菩萨、本尊空行众，所有都因那光芒的供养而心生欢喜，从那些圣众的身语意中，大悲父母身躯有大有小，大的如须弥山，小的如芥子，语为咒语之鬘，阿里的红色，嘎里的白色之鬘，意为手印金刚轮，如意宝莲花十字金刚杵，以啥（ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，种子字）字为标志，大小各种各样如雪花暴风雪般，淅沥哗啦纷纷降下，如雨入海般融入自身与对生本尊。观想获得所有佛陀的身语意，以及功德事业成就。那是修持的主要目标。之后咒鬘如前一般地旋转着，专注对生本尊顶轮的咒鬘。从那放射出白色光芒遍布十方，净化所有众生的愚痴之障。所有都变成极乐世界的观世音菩萨，父母身色都是白色。同样，对生本尊喉间的父母

Absorbed into the emptiness seed syllable, attain the accomplishment of the five bodies and five wisdoms. Thus, the light with five colors, like a cluster of threads being spun around. Between oneself and the visualized deity in front, it revolves with a whirring sound. The twenty mantra garlands of the father and mother of oneself and the deity in front, the ten fathers revolve to the right, and the ten mothers revolve to the left. That also revolves faster and faster, from the mantra garlands of the ten father and mother deities in front, various rays of light radiate, pervading the sky. All sentient beings pervading the sky, all the sins and obscurations accumulated through the five poisons are purified, and all supreme qualities are attained. Again, the light pervades the fields of the ten directions, offering to all the Buddhas of the five families and their retinues. The ten accomplishments of the five bodies and five wisdoms, condensed into the form of five lights, dissolve into the deity in front. That, inseparable from the mantra garland, returns and dissolves into oneself, attaining accomplishment. Thus, meditating and reciting is the near attainment. At those times, recite the long mantra of the text. Then, the light transforms into a mantra garland, revolving between oneself and the deity in front as before, from that mantra garland between oneself and the deity in front, various rays of light radiate, pervading the sky. Offering with that light to the gurus abiding in the ten directions and three times, and the assemblies of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, yidams, and dakinis, all are pleased by that offering of light, from the three bodies and minds of those beings, the great compassionate father and mother, bodies large and small, the large ones like Mount Meru, and the small ones like mustard seeds, from their speech, garlands of mantras, the red Ali and the white Kali garlands, their minds are marked with hand symbols, vajra wheels, wish-fulfilling jewels, lotuses, crossed vajras, and the syllable HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，seed syllable), various sizes, like a blizzard of snowflakes, falling with a rustling and pattering sound, like rain into the ocean, dissolving into oneself and the deity in front. Meditate on attaining the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas, as well as their qualities, activities, and accomplishments. That is the main focus of the practice. Then, as the mantra garland revolves as before, focus on the mantra garland on the crown of the head of the deity in front. From that, white light radiates in the ten directions, purifying the obscurations of ignorance of all sentient beings. All transform into Avalokiteśvara of the Sukhavati realm, the father and mother, their body color entirely white. Similarly, the father and mother at the throat of the deity in front

莫 杰！咒鬘猛烈轮，红色光芒四射，净化众生贪欲之障。一切皆为莲花部之观世音，父母身色皆为红色。如是，于前生起，心间的父母，咒鬘猛烈轮，蓝色光芒四射，净化众生嗔恨之障。一切皆为金刚部之观世音，父母身色皆为蓝色。其后，于前生起，脐间的父母，咒鬘猛烈轮，金色光芒四射，净化众生我慢之障。一切皆为宝生部之观世音，父母身色皆为金色。又，于前生起，密处的父母，咒鬘猛烈轮，绿色光芒四射，净化众生嫉妒之障。一切皆为事业部之观世音，一切皆为父母绿色之身。如是，一切众生有情，各自五毒何者为重即净化之，净化之果，五部各自之观世音。地狱金刚部，饿鬼莲花部，畜生如来部，阿修罗事业部，人天宝生部之观世音。如是，六道轮回彻底清净后，一切皆如举起自己之绳索之状。咒音轰鸣，如千龙一时齐鸣。虚空边际充满咒音，六道众生未取身之，充满虚空漂泊之识蕴之众，彼等一切二障习气清净，一切皆观想获得圣者之果位。此乃大成就之所缘。长咒哈日尼萨的结尾处，日尼哈萨尼日萨哈萨尼日哈 吽 帕 梭哈（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：हुं फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：吽 帕 梭哈）结合念诵，征相迅速深奥。彼等所缘，每座皆圆满。座首念诵自前各一遍，座尾食子回向，座末收摄回向发愿。如是至少修持六日。第七日白天，早晨座上，如上自前咒鬘轮，前生起头顶咒轮猛烈轮，催动心续后，头顶主轮，一切之中，白色光芒如月色，死而复生。

Ma gyi! The mantra garland, fierce wheel, radiates red light, purifying the obscurations of desire for all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Padma family. The father and mother's bodies are entirely red. Likewise, in the front generation, the father and mother in the heart, the mantra garland, fierce wheel, radiates blue light, purifying the obscurations of hatred for all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Vajra family. The father and mother's bodies are entirely blue. Then, in the front generation, the father and mother in the navel, the mantra garland, fierce wheel, radiates golden light, purifying the obscurations of pride for all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Ratna family. The father and mother's bodies are entirely golden. Again, in the front generation, the father and mother in the secret place, the mantra garland, fierce wheel, radiates green light, purifying the obscurations of jealousy for all beings. All are Avalokiteśvara of the Karma family. All are the father and mother's green bodies. Thus, all sentient beings, whichever of the five poisons is strongest, purify it, and the result of purification is Avalokiteśvara of each of the five families. Hell is the Vajra family, hungry ghosts are the Padma family, animals are the Tathagata family, Asuras are the Karma family, and humans and gods are Avalokiteśvara of the Ratna family. Thus, after thoroughly purifying the six realms of samsara, all are like lifting their own rope. The sound of mantras roars like a thousand dragons roaring at once. The edge of the sky is filled with the sound of mantras, and the aggregates of consciousness wandering in the sky, who have not taken bodies in the six realms, purify all their two obscurations and habitual tendencies. Meditate that all attain the state of noble beings. This is the object of great accomplishment. At the end of the long mantra Hari Nisa, combine and recite Ri Ni Ha Sa Ni Ri Sa Ha Sa Ni Ri Ha Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：हुं फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：吽 帕 梭哈), the signs are swift and profound. Complete each session with those objects. At the beginning of the session, recite the self and front once each, and at the end of the session, offer the torma, gather the session, and dedicate and pray. Thus, practice for no less than six days. On the seventh day, in the morning session, as above, the self and front mantra garland wheel, the front generation's crown mantra wheel, fierce wheel, after urging the mind stream, the crown's main wheel, from all, white light like moonlight, death and rebirth.
