Needless to say much, the hand offering also, from the Vajrasukha (Supreme Bliss) aspect, in the center and sixth of the five fingers of the left hand gathered together, generate six armor heroes, and in the palm generate six heroines. On the right hand generate the armor father, and on the left the mother, and between their union, offer meat and wine, etc. Although there are many, in those, generating wine as a deity is rare, but this is adorned with the secret essential instructions of the tantra, appearing very profound. Then, arrange the torma in a skull cup or whatever vessel is available, and dispel obstacles by scattering nectar. By स्वाभाव (svabhāva, self-nature), purify the vessel and essence of the torma from the beginning into emptiness, and in an instant, in the center of the sky, the letters य र ल व (ya ra la va) adorned with dots, as the seeds of the four elements, because it is renowned from most tantras, from यं (yaṃ, yang) generate a blue wind mandala, its essence is wind, its form is a bowstring, like the eighth day moon facing upwards, with a slightly curved part, like guarding a bow's wine cup, as if abiding in the center of the wine cup, the seed syllable and the supreme mother are alternately adorned with wind banners. Above that, from रं (raṃ, raṃ) generate a red fire mandala, a triangle with its apex pointing downwards, piercing the wind mandala, with a seed syllable in the center or root. Above that, on the large three sides, the letter कं (kaṃ, kaṃ) adorned with a dot, the first letter of the name कपाल (kapāla, kapala, skull cup), generates the nature of body, speech, and mind, a dry human head, bestowing accomplishments, looking outwards, and above that, representing the unborn nature of reality, the negation word अ (a, a) short vowel, generates the nature of the great emptiness of the Dharmadhatu, the skull cup uniting bliss and emptiness, therefore white on the outside and red on the inside. Because there is no elaboration of difference, it is therefore one. Because it appears from the yogi's own wisdom, therefore the forehead looks inwards. Because it is not the object of conceptual thought, it therefore transcends measure, and is of the same taste as all of space, generating, this is the vessel of the torma. Just as in the lower tantras, generally from लं (laṃ, laṃ) generate a precious vessel, and in the lotus family from पं (paṃ, paṃ) generate a lotus vessel, and so on. Similarly, in the lower tantras, blessing the nature of divine substances with mantras and mudras is the torma, but in this yogini tantra, मुद्रा (mudrā, mudra) is urine, that is, urine, वि is filth or form, that is, feces, शा

Semen is white, which is semen. Madhyasa is the essence of the center, which is the brain and bone marrow. Rakta is red or lust and blood, which are the five amritas or five lamps. Nara is human. Go has nine meanings, but here it refers to a cow. Kukku is a dog. Hasti is an elephant. Hyarta is the meat of those, which are the five iron hooks or five meats. In the Father Tantra, it is said that the five self-substances are the five amritas, and the five meats are the five heroes. Lord Naropa said in the external commentary on the Compendium Tantra that the substances arising from oneself, namely feces, urine, semen, blood, and saliva, are the five heroes, which are the five meats. One should practice with Āḥ Hüṃ and then consume them. These should be ignited through practice and realization, and by relying on them, one can protect against diseases and evil spirits and achieve immortality. Therefore, it is Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amrita, literal Chinese meaning: nectar, immortality). The Two Examinations say: Medicine is completely edible, water is always drinkable, one will not be overwhelmed by aging and disease, and one will always be protected. The first letter abbreviations of the Sanskrit names of the ten Samaya deities are their respective seed syllables. Therefore, in the center is Mā (Tibetan: མཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: mā, literal Chinese meaning: Ma), the essence of water, Vajra urine, the aggregate of consciousness, and the nature of Akshobhya, like a pile of blue lapis lazuli. To its east is Bi (Tibetan: བི, Sanskrit Devanagari: बि, Sanskrit Romanization: bi, literal Chinese meaning: Bi), the essence of the sky, Vajra feces, the aggregate of form, and the nature of Vairochana, like shattered glass. To the south is Ra (Tibetan: ར, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: ra, literal Chinese meaning: Ra), the essence of fire, Rakta or Sihla, the aggregate of perception, and the nature of Ratnasambhava, like gold. To the west is Śu (Tibetan: ཤུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: शु, Sanskrit Romanization: śu, literal Chinese meaning: Shu), the essence of earth, white bodhicitta, the aggregate of feeling, and the nature of Amitabha, like a pile of mercury. To the north is Ma (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: म, Sanskrit Romanization: ma, literal Chinese meaning: Ma), the essence of wind, the brain, the aggregate of volition, and the nature of Amoghasiddhi, with a white and red luster, which is the nature of the five Buddha families, the five kinds of amrita. Similarly, in the center is Na (Tibetan: ན, Sanskrit Devanagari: न, Sanskrit Romanization: na, literal Chinese meaning: Na), the nature of Mamaki, human flesh. To the southeast is Go (Tibetan: གོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: गॊ, Sanskrit Romanization: go, literal Chinese meaning: Go), the nature of Vajradhatvishvari, cow meat. To the southwest is Ku (Tibetan: ཀུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: कु, Sanskrit Romanization: ku, literal Chinese meaning: Ku), the nature of Pandaravasini, dog meat. To the northwest is Dha (Tibetan: དྷ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ध, Sanskrit Romanization: dha, literal Chinese meaning: Dha), the nature of Locana, elephant meat. To the northeast is Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, literal Chinese meaning: Ha), the nature of Tara, horse meat. Each of these five meats is red and radiant, like a pile of red sandalwood. Each of these ten substances is as boundless as the sky, and their respective seed syllables appear again in the center.
