Extremely born! Because of relying on non-objectification. Non-objectification is extremely born. As it is said. Most beginners meditate with the object of focus, the mind that focuses, and the aspect of what is to be focused on, so that the knowledge turns away from projecting onto the object, and abides in a state where the object of focus and the aspect of focus are inseparable. By familiarizing with this, the manifest afflictions are suppressed, and the benefits of meditation are accomplished. Gradually, the aspect of the focusing mind becomes smaller and smaller, until finally the object of focus, the subject, and the aspect, disappear like a dream upon awakening from sleep, and the aspect is pacified, which is called non-objectification, and is the result of all objectification. For those with sharp faculties, since the object of focus does not inherently exist from the beginning, the focusing mind is merely a delusion. At that time, how can the aspect of how to focus find the dharma of difference without a basis of difference? Therefore, from the beginning, it is shown that the nature of elaboration is pacified, so calm abiding and insight arise simultaneously, which is the meditation method of the Lord Maitripa. In this case, for beginners, the Vajrayogini of symbolic meaning is the object of focus. The gathering point of the three roots, etc., is the place of focus. The body, mantra, seed syllable, etc., are the aspects of focus. Unforgettable mindfulness is the knowledge that focuses. Possessing the three non-abidings is the way of how to focus. For those with sharp faculties, all objects and subjects are pure from the beginning, and are merely called Vajrayogini or Sahajayogini, so knowing that no dharma is focused on anything anywhere, and that objectification and non-objectification are the aspects of conceptual thought, which are mutually dependent on delusion, seeing that it is pure from the beginning, so no dharma is found to be transformed and trained, this is liberation from object and subject, so it is also called non-objectification. From the perspective of making that suchness the object of direct perception, it is also called correct objectification. Although it is so, there is nothing to emphasize meditating on the one non-objectification that blocks all objectifications.

Not focusing. Therefore, those who think "do not focus" and say it out loud, how would they know the key point of not focusing? If they focus on not focusing, that is a disease that is very difficult to destroy. These common recitation sequences vary greatly depending on the upper and lower tantras and the sequences of each tantra. For details, one can learn from the Vajra Yogini, Sambhuta, and General Appearance Great, and my own recitation arrangement is also elsewhere. In short, take the rosary that has the characteristics, and visualize that the assembly of Vajra Yogini arising from the letter HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame) dissolves into light, its essence is the deity, and its form is a rosary of fifty-one fresh human heads. Then, with the hook of the ring finger of the left hand, pull the rosary inward, and red light radiates from the seed syllable and mantra that accomplish all purposes. Fill the body, purify diseases, evil spirits, sins, etc. Radiate outward, burning the army of obstacles, and visualize all outer vessels as the palace of the Dharma source, and all inner sentient beings as the body of the Bhagavan Mother. Gather these assemblies of bodies and all Buddhas into the form of Vajra Yogini with light rays, and dissolve them into the seed syllable at the navel, becoming inseparable from oneself. Visualize the seed syllable as burning brightly red like light, and then silently recite the heart mantra. This is the common recitation. Second, the uncommon recitation has five recitation sequences: the recitation of visualizing the body clearly, the small restrictive recitation, the recitation of expansion and contraction, and the Vajra recitation. These are the four recitation sequences for the initial practitioner. The great restrictive recitation is the direct instruction of the scripture's oral instructions, and it is the supreme recitation sequence for yogis. These are the five. All of these, except for the body's key point of holding the rosary with the hand, have the five qualities of meditation. Slightly draw the lower breath, then slightly rotate the body, accompanied by shaking, so the body does not stop. The mouth recites continuously, not interrupted by words, so the mouth does not stop. The mind is not interrupted by afflictions, signs and concepts, other ordinary thoughts, and does not stray from its own visualization, so the mind does not stop. Recite without separating from the three that do not stop. Among them, the first is the recitation of visualizing the body clearly. First, accomplish all
