Thus, manifest fierce actions. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) is the combination of Ha, U, and Ma. By practicing the realms of wind, fire, and space, it attracts the object to be accomplished. Ghuḥ (Tibetan: གྷུཿ, Devanagari: घुः, Romanized Sanskrit: ghuḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 咕) is Ga for wind and U for water. By practicing, it slays the target. The definitive meaning of these is also stated in the Root Tantra of One Hundred Thousand Verses: Earth, water, fire, wind, and emptiness; In the wisdom mandala yoga, Actions such as stiffness, By the supreme accomplished one, are to be accomplished. It means that the bodhicitta bindu, which possesses the nature of the five elements such as earth and water, in union with wisdom, the bodhicitta moves from the forehead, throat, heart, and navel to the tip of the stamen of the vajra lotus, and great bliss is perfected, thereby accomplishing all actions such as stiffness and control. This is the hidden meaning, as explained by the glorious Naropa. Furthermore, through the yoga of channels, winds, and bindus, the binding of the unmoving mind is stiffness; making samadhi independent; dispelling the conceptual thoughts of clinging to signs; distinguishing the three—objects, faculties, and consciousness—without attachment, but with hatred; manifesting the cutting off of clinging to reality; attracting the wisdom of bliss and emptiness; and thereby destroying afflictions, applying it to slaying. The second is: Oṃ Kuru Kulle Hrīḥ Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།), this is the mantra of Kurukulle. It means: Oṃ, praise. Kuru, the doer. Kulle, the family mother, i.e., the family doer. Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 舍) is its seed syllable, and Svāhā has the same meaning as before. This is the mantra of the goddess Kurukulle. This is taught here because specific actions such as control are accomplished without obstruction. The generation stage will be explained in chapter eleven. The glorious Naropa said: On the forehead, Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 舍) on the tongue, Ku on the throat, Ru on the heart, Ku on the navel, Lle on the secret place, laughing, and performing vase-breath recitation one hundred thousand times. It is said that one should not count the rosary when exhaling. Its definitive meaning will be explained below in the context of the five mudras, and it should be applied here. In short, it is considered to be for the purpose of mastering innate wisdom. The third is: By making an infinite image in the form of Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿) and Phuḥ (Tibetan: ཕུཿ, Devanagari: फुः, Romanized Sanskrit: phuḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 普), one pours with the five amṛtas, offers with black flowers, smears with the semen that subdues nāgas, smears the head with elephant wine, places food in an overturned bowl, and uses the milk of a black cow.

The ground should be leveled. Wind it with a thread spun by a young black woman. Make a pond in the direction of the wind and place the infinite one there. Next to it, a mandala should be constructed. The charcoal from the charnel ground is black pigment. The ashes of a man's bones are white pigment. Camphor is yellow pigment. Bricks from the charnel ground are red pigment. The leaves of a thief and the ashes of a man's bones are green pigment. With these pigments, construct the mandala. Draw lines with thread from the charnel ground, making a three-cubit mandala. In the center of that, draw Hevajra, the suppressor of the infinite, with eight faces, four legs, adorned with sixteen arms, twenty-four eyes opened, making even the terrifying terrified. Then the teacher, in a secluded place devoid of inner impure thoughts, recites the mantra: Om Guru Guru Ghutu Ghutu Masa Masa Ghata Ghata. Ghotaya Ghotaya. Ananta Kshobha Karaye Naga Dhipataye He He Ruru Kam Sapta Patala. Gatana Nana Naga Akarshaya. Karaye Varshaya. Garjaya. Tarjaya. Phuḥ! Phuḥ! Phuḥ! Phuḥ! Phuḥ! Phuḥ! Phuḥ! Phuḥ! Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha. If it does not rain, then recite this mantra, repeatedly reciting it, and it will rain. If it still does not rain, then the head will split open like a tumor of Arjaka. This is the ritual called 'Causing Rain.' Up to this point, the sixteen-armed activities, the ritual for causing rain, are shown. From here on, temporary results are included in the activities, and among them, causing rain is a minor activity. These activities should also be accomplished by a yogi who has attained the perfection stage and has gained some power, or at least by someone who has a stable generation stage and has completed the recitation of each of the four Herukas and their consorts. The ritual for this is a chapter combining confused tantric words, and the detailed practice is clearly illuminated in the Immaculate Light, and here only the meaning of the words is written. Among them, A is the beginning of the name of the infinite one. In Sanskrit, 'Ananta' is the beginning of the occurrence of that name. The shape of the letter Phuḥ is the seed syllable of the nagas, and by placing its form in the heart, one creates the image of the Naga King, the Infinite One. These are the instructions of the lamas.
