And the assembly of heroines, I always take refuge in all. For the sake of all sentient beings, I transform into Heruka, May I establish all sentient beings in the supreme state of Heruka. Fifth, purifying the three doors and meditating on the four immeasurables: Shri is non-dual wisdom, He is emptiness of causes and so on, Ru is separation from assembly, Ka is not abiding anywhere. Recite this three times. Garland of letters, five-colored rays, circling three times from the left, Emanating the deities of the three wheels, Expelling and destroying obstacles, then dissolving into the mantra garland, Again dissolving into oneself. May all sentient beings possess happiness, Be free from suffering and its causes, Possess joy and contentment, May all beings be without discrimination, Abiding in equanimity. Meditate thus. Sixth, blessing the aggregates and so on: From the vase in the center of the head arises Vairochana, white, holding a wheel, right hand raised, left hand resting on the hip holding a bell.
