六道生变业与习气聚，于六种子处聚集而融入，三字清净智慧之火堆，将六道种子焚烧成灰烬。 嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），玛玛郭林萨曼达。念诵此语禁语七十万遍。最后，啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）！念诵六字，从三字中生出智慧之风，观想将焚烧后的灰烬从下门纷纷扬扬地抛洒出去。之后，三字周围是百字明的咒鬘，白红蓝三色旋转，降下甘露之流，洗涤污垢连同残余部分。自身如无垢水晶球，如彩虹般，成为自生原始之佛。如此念诵百字明，尽力念诵，便会出现与普遍的罪障清净之相类似的征兆。 总之，轻松调伏六道之境，迅速成佛等无量利益，经续中已宣说，故当精进修持。 以此甚深道之事业流，愿胜法恒久兴盛且广大，一切有情众生皆因此法，成为所化而得解脱！ 此乃渴求甚深之境的上师噶玛扎西德勒和噶玛索南二人劝请，莲花咒师持明者莲花舞自在力，于擦扎仁钦扎（地名）之修行处所造，愿善妙增盛！ 即使具足所需一切受用，亦不积聚，不贪执欲妙眷属众多之聚会，将三学法藏智慧之宝库，安置于舍弃与诵读之心髓中。 此乃大圆满导师噶玛涅顿松饶丹贝坚赞者，于一次小憩时在卡丁洞所书，愿善妙增盛！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！）。 大圆满甚深宝总集之引导文，上师意庄中之前行念诵摘录，解脱安乐道。

May all the karma and habitual tendencies that arise from the six realms, gather and dissolve into the six seeds. By the purifying fire of wisdom from the three syllables, may the seeds of the six realms be burned to ashes. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ mama koli samanta. Recite this mantra with silent speech seven hundred thousand times. Finally, Phaṭ! By uttering the six syllables, the wind of wisdom arises from the three syllables. Visualize scattering the ashes from the burning through the lower gate. Then, around the three syllables is a garland of the hundred-syllable mantra. From the rotating white, red, and blue colors, a stream of nectar descends, washing away the impurities along with the remaining parts. May one's own body become like a flawless crystal ball, like a rainbow, becoming the self-arisen primordial Buddha. By reciting the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible, signs similar to the general purification of sins and obscurations will appear. In short, it is said in the tantras that there are immeasurable benefits such as easily taming the states of the six realms and quickly attaining enlightenment, so one should practice diligently. By this profound path of activity, may the Victorious Dharma flourish and spread as long as possible. May all sentient beings, through this Dharma, become disciples and attain liberation! This was written at the request of Lama Karma Tashi Gelek and Karma Sonam, who aspire to the profound state, by Padma Garwangchuk Tsal, the lotus mantra holder and vidyadhara, at the practice place of Tsa-dra Rinchen Drak. May virtue and auspiciousness increase! Even though all desired enjoyments are complete, do not accumulate them. Without attachment to the pleasures and the gathering of many retinues, place the treasury of the three trainings and the wisdom of the scriptures in the heart of renunciation and reading.
