How should this "Ma" be understood? On one hand, it can be understood as a grant or a blessing, because the Victor himself places the crown on his head and enthrones him as the regent for teaching the Dharma. As stated in the *Collected Teachings*: "In this Jambudvipa, how many rivers flow, how many flowers, fruits, medicines, and forests are there. The Naga king and Naga lords dwelling in Anavatapta are the abode of the teachings, that is the power and glory of the lord of the Nagas. How many of the Victor's Shravaka disciples teach the Dharma, expound and are endowed with wisdom, attain supreme bliss, and obtain the fruit, all of these are the power of the Tathagata's beings." However, the venerable one himself takes on the responsibility of explaining the meaning of the scriptures of the teacher of this doctrine, the Lord Shakyamuni, as he promised: "The body of all treatises, in brief." As he promised, this is a treatise with the two qualities of correction and protection. Moreover, among the infinite authors of commentary treatises, there is no one in this world like the regent, the lord of the ten bhumis, Maitreya, and the three protectors of the lineage. Therefore, their words are no different from the Buddha's teachings, and so all the wise and accomplished masters of Tibetan Buddhism fold their hands and place them on their heads, calling it the "Commentary on the Mind of Enlightenment." Such a great treatise is the essence of what is to be discussed here. Secondly, the Victor Rangjung Dorje and the omniscient Dolpo father and son both consider that the main reliance should be on the sutras of the final turning of the wheel, the essential meaning. This is because the perfectly complete Buddha, the all-knowing one, sees that all sentient beings have the Buddha-nature, and because of being obscured by the four obscurations such as anger towards the Dharma, sentient beings do not know that they have the Buddha-nature, and therefore feel discouraged, and he sees that they revolve in the ocean of samsara due to the five faults such as despising others. Therefore, in order to make all sentient beings have the Buddha-nature, and in order to eliminate the stains that obscure the Buddha-nature, he taught limitless Dharma doors that are suitable for the faculties of the beings to be tamed, in ways that are unclear, clear, and very clear.

Even the most excellent or ultimate. Because of correctly entering all vehicles, for the benefit of sharp-witted and extremely mature Bodhisattvas who have already tamed their own minds, the sutras that explain the true meaning, such as the Samdhinirmocana Sutra, the Lankavatara Sutra, the Ratnakuta Sutra, and the Avatamsaka Sutra, which are known as the four major sutras of the Mind-Only school, and the common reasoning that shows the true accomplishment of the ultimate truth of reality, etc. The Tathagatagarbha Sutra, the Great Drum Sutra, the Sutra Benefiting Angulimala, the Sutra Requested by the Goddess Srimati, the Sutra Requested by the King of Dharani Empowerment, the Great Nirvana Sutra, the Ratnamegha Sutra, the Sarvanirvanaviskambhin Sutra, the Suvarnaprabhasa Sutra, the Mahamegha Sutra, the Ratnamegha Sutra, etc., the Tathagatagarbha and, the true realm, the immutable Dharmakaya, the eternal Yungdrung, the ultimate qualities, etc., are all the secret and detailed words of the uncommon tenets that are originally inherent in nature, because they are all the objects of the sole omniscient one. What need is there to mention the Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, etc.? Even those who abide on the noble grounds cannot realize them as they are, because: The object of the omniscient wisdom, is not the object of the three wisdoms of the Buddha. Those with wisdom bodies, should realize it as inconceivable. Because it is subtle, it is not an object of hearing, because it is ultimate, it is not an object of thought. Because the nature of reality is profound, worldly meditations, etc., are also not its object. Just as a blind man does not see form, a child has never seen that form before, like the color of the sun for a young child in a newborn home, even the noble ones do not see it. As it is said. Therefore, in order to take care of those who are dull-witted and of inferior fortune, and not be obscured by non-realization and wrong discriminations, it is believed that all the contents of those profound sutras are summarized into the seven vajra places, so that they are clearly revealed in the treatises. Rongton Sheja Kunrig and others consider it not only an interpretation based solely on the final turning of the wheel, but also a general commentary on the sutras that explain the definitive meaning. They enumerate about fifteen directly, such as the Teaching of Great Compassion, the Teaching of Great Intention, and the Lotus of the True Dharma. The third is: The authors of the treatises are known among the scholars as the superior, the middling, and the inferior.
