།སྒྲ་དང་ཚངས་པའི་དབྱངས་ཉིད་དང་། །སྤྱན་བཟང་ཨུཏ་པལ་ཁྱུ་མཆོག་རྫི་འདྲ་དང་། །ཞལ་མཛེས་དྲི་མེད་མཛོད་སྤུ་དཀར་ལྡན་དང་། །གཙུག་ཏོར་དབུར་ལྡན་དག་ཅིང་སྲབ་པ་དང་། །པགས་པ་གསེར་གྱི་མདོག་འདྲ་སེམས་ཅན་མཆོག །བ་སྤུ་ལེགས་ཕྲ་འཇམ་ཞིང་རེ་རེ་ནས། །སྐུ་ཡི་གྱེན་དུ་གཡས་ཕྱོགས་འཁྱིལ་བ་དང་། །དབུ་སྐྲ་དྲི་མེད་རིན་ཆེན་མཐོན་མཐིང་བཞིན། །ཉ་གྲོ་རྫོགས་པའི་ལྗོན་ཤིང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདྲ། །ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ་དཔེ་མེད་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེ། །སྲེད་མེད་བུ་ཡི་སྟོབས་མངའ་ མཁྲེགས་པའི་སྐུ། །བསམ་མི་ཁྱབ་འབར་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་པོ། །འདི་དག་སྟོན་པས་མི་དབང་མཚན་དུ་གསུངས། །ཞེས་གསུངས་ཏེ། རང་བྱུང་སངས་རྒྱས་ནི་མཚན་བཟང་པོ་སོ་གཉིས་དང་ལྡན་ལ། དེ་དག་ཀྱང་གང་ཞེ་ན། ༡ སྔོན་སློབ་ལམ་དུ་སྡོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་པ་ལ་གནས་པ་དང་བླ་མ་ལ་སྐྱེལ་བསུ་བྱས་པ་ལས། རུས་སྦལ་བཞིན་དུ་ཞབས་མཐིལ་མཉམ་པར་ལེགས་པར་གནས་པ་ལ་འཁོར་ལོ་རྩིབས་སྟོང་གི་རི་མོས་མཚན་པ་དང་། ཤེར་ཕྱིན་དུ་ཕྱག་མཐིལ་ཀྱང་འཁོར་ལོས་མཚན་པར་གསུངས་ཏེ། དེ་ནི་སྦྱིན་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་བཏང་བ་ལས་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་ལ། དབྱིབས་ཀྱང་ཕྱག་གི་འཁོར་ལོ་མཚོན་ཆ་ལྟར་རྩེ་མོ་རྣོ་བའི་དབྱིབས་ཅན་དང་ཞབས་ཀྱི་ཅུང་ཟད་ཟླུམ་པའི་དབྱིབས་ཅན་ནོ། །༢ གཞན་ཁྱད་དུ་མ་བསད་ཅིང་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་པ་ལས། ཞབས་ཀྱི་གོང་གང་དང་མཉམ་པར་རྟིང་པ་ཡངས་པ་དང་ཞབས་ཀྱི་ལོང་བུ་འབུར་བ་མི་མངོན་པ་དང་། ༣ བསད་བྱའི་སེམས་ཅན་འཇིགས་པ་ལས་བསྐྱབས་པ་ལས། སོར་མོ་རིང་བ་མཐིལ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་མཚན་མངའ་བ་དང་། ༤ གཞན་འཁོར་ཕྲ་མས་མ་ཕྱེ་བར་རང་ འཁོར་བསྡུ་དངོས་བཞིས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་བ་ལས། ཕྱག་དང་ཞབས་ཀྱི་སོར་མོ་ནི་དྲ་བ་ཡིས་ནི་འབྲེལ་བ་དང་། ༥ ཁ་ཟས་དང་གོས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་བྱིན་པ་ལས། པགས་པ་འཇམ་ཞིང་གཞོན་ཤ་ཅན་ཉིད་དུ་ལེགས་པར་གནས་པ་དང་། འདིར་ཕྱག་ཞབས་ཀྱི་པགས་པ་ཞེས་སྦྱོར་བ་ནི་འོག་ཏུ་ཕྱག་འཇམ་ཞིང་ཟླུམ་ཞིང་མཐོ་དམན་མེད་པ་དང་ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་དང་ཟློས་སོ། །༦ བལྡག་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཟའ་བཏུང་གྱ་ནོམ་པ་བྱིན་པ་ལས། ཕྱག་ཞབས་ཀྱི་ཐལ་གོང་བཞི་དང་ཕྲག་པ་ལྟག་པ་སྟེ་སྐུའི་ཆ་ནི་བདུན་དག་མཐོ་བ་དང་། ༧ སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པའི་རིག་གནས་ལྔའི་ཆོས་གཟུང་བ་ལས། བྱིན་པ་རི་དྭགས་ཨེ་ཎྱའི་དང་འདྲ་བར་ཟླུམ་རྒྱས་མཁྲེགས་ལ་བྱིན་གྱིས་ཕྲ་བས་མཛེས་པ་དང་། ༨ གསང་ཚིག་བསྲུངས་ཤིང་འཁྲིག་པ་སྤངས་པ་ལས། གསང་བའི་གནས་གླང་པོ་ཆེ་དང་ཁྱུ་མཆོག་བ

具有声音和梵天的音调， 眼睛美丽如同盛开的乌巴拉花丛， 面容姣好，具有无垢的白毫相， 顶髻隆起，清净而纤薄， 皮肤如同黄金的颜色，是众生中最殊胜的。 体毛纤细柔软，每一根都 向上向右盘旋于身体， 头发如同无垢的珍宝青金石。 如同满月的圆满树木坛城， 是普贤，无与伦比的大修行者， 拥有无欲之子的力量， 坚硬之身， 不可思议，光芒四射的三十二相， 这些是导师所说的君王之相。 如是说，自生佛具有三十二种妙相，那么这些是什么呢？ 1、往昔在学道之路上，安住于如法受持戒律，以及对上师的迎接和送别，从而足底平整如龟，安住良好，并具有千辐轮的纹相。般若经中说手掌也具有轮相。这是由于如法布施而获得的。形状上手掌的轮如兵器般顶端锐利，足底的轮则稍微圆润。 2、不杀害其他众生，如法受持善法，从而脚面与脚踝齐平，脚跟宽大，脚的踝骨不显露。 3、从被杀的恐惧中救护众生，从而具有手指修长，与手掌齐平之相。 4、不以其他眷属分散，而以自己的眷属以四摄事摄受，从而手和脚的指间有网相连。 5、布施各种食物和衣服，从而皮肤柔软，保持年轻的状态。这里提到手脚的皮肤，与下面所说的“手柔软圆润，没有高低”是重复的。 6、布施各种美味的食物，从而手脚的四个踝骨和肩膀后颈等身体的七个部位高隆。 7、受持佛陀所说的五明之法，从而小腿如同麋鹿的腿一样，圆润丰满坚实，小腿纤细而美丽。 8、守护秘密誓言，断除性行为，从而隐处如象王和牛王。

Having the sound and the tone of Brahma, Eyes beautiful like a cluster of blooming Utpala flowers, Face beautiful, possessing the immaculate white hair mark, The crown protuberance raised, pure and thin, Skin like the color of gold, the most supreme of beings. Body hair fine and soft, each one Coiling upwards to the right on the body, Hair like immaculate precious lapis lazuli. Like a mandala of a fully ripe tree of fish and millet, Is Samantabhadra, the unparalleled great ascetic, Possessing the power of the desireless son, A body of hardness, Inconceivable, blazing thirty-two marks, These are the marks of a ruler spoken by the teacher. Thus it is said, the self-born Buddha possesses thirty-two excellent marks, and what are these? 1. In the past, on the path of learning, abiding in properly taking vows, and welcoming and seeing off the lama, from that, the soles of the feet are level like a turtle, abiding well, and marked with the pattern of a thousand-spoked wheel. In the Prajnaparamita, it is said that the palms also have the wheel mark. This is obtained from giving alms properly. The shape of the wheel on the palm is like a weapon with a sharp tip, and the wheel on the sole of the foot is slightly round. 2. Not killing other beings and properly taking up virtuous dharmas, from that, the instep of the foot is level, the heel is wide, and the protruding ankle of the foot is not visible. 3. Protecting beings from the fear of being killed, from that, possessing the mark of long fingers that are level with the palm. 4. Not separating others with minor retinues, but taking hold of one's own retinue with the four means of gathering, from that, the fingers of the hands and feet are connected by nets. 5. Giving various foods and clothes, from that, the skin is soft and remains in a youthful state. Here, mentioning the skin of the hands and feet is a repetition of what is said below, "The hands are soft, round, and without high or low." 6. Giving abundant food and drink such as licking, from that, the four ankles of the hands and feet, and the shoulders and back of the neck, the seven parts of the body are raised. 7. Taking the teachings of the five sciences spoken by the Buddha, from that, the calves are like the legs of a deer, round, full, and firm, and the calves are slender and beautiful. 8. Guarding secret vows and abandoning sexual activity, from that, the secret place is like an elephant king and a bull king.
