Holding a rosary, holding a lotus in the lower left hand, sitting in full lotus posture. Meditate intently in this way, according to the key points of life-force wind, inhale one breath, visualizing all sentient beings transforming into the essence of the Sambhogakaya. Visualize that all nostrils and pores are filled, and when exhaling, visualize rays of five-colored light radiating, and all six realms of beings, including the bardo, transforming into the nature of the Bhagavan Great Compassionate One. Practice the visualization of expanding and contracting. By meditating in this way, all dharmas are realized as the Sambhogakaya, and immeasurable qualities arise. Because it is said in the scriptures that one can see the assembly of the Sambhogakaya Buddhas, and one can also benefit sentient beings in the manner of the Sambhogakaya. Therefore, with inconceivable diligence, one should repeatedly meditate and attain perfection. The above is with an object of focus, and is a teaching for those of medium and lower faculties. Named. In the room of Sula Hari. It is expressed by the symbol of the Sambhogakaya. This is its meaning. This is the eighth Dharma session. In general, the basis of all the key instructions for experiencing the essence of Dharma is that recognizing the Dharmakaya and the key point of allowing the uncorrected mind to abide in its natural state are both extremely important. If you repeatedly meditate and attain perfection, you will become enlightened in an instant. This is the common practice of all Dharmas, and it does not include all practices with objects of focus. Know that this is a practice without an object of focus. Now is the key instruction to make the faculties even more mature. It shows the recognition of the Dharmakaya, which is also the practice of the Dharmakaya. In general, it is said in the scriptures that the Dharmakaya is neither this nor that, and there is nothing to indicate. As Tilopa said: Mahamudra cannot be indicated, like the sky, what does it rely on? Likewise, the great mudra of one's own mind has no place to rely on. Without fabrication, relax into the natural state. Although it is said in this way, here it is only indicated on the conventional level. The so-called Dharmakaya, from where does it come? The characteristics of the Dharmakaya. What

It goes nowhere. It is unconditioned. It is the nature of spontaneous accomplishment. Here, the example is set as the sky. The sky is limitless and boundless, not relying on anything. It is the unchanging nature. Therefore, it is called the Dharmakaya. Thus, Tilopa said: For example, looking at the center of the sky, seeing ceases. Likewise, if the mind looks at the mind, the collection of thoughts ceases, and one attains unsurpassed enlightenment. This also refers to this meaning. Meditating in a secluded mountain, the mind does not wander anywhere. Meditating by establishing an object of focus. When that awareness does not wander anywhere and only abides, looking at the expanse of the sky, an understanding arises that all phenomena are emptiness. Thus, at the time of realization. When awareness does not wander and abides in a clear and lucid state, an understanding arises that all phenomena are mind itself. At that time, one also abides in a state of not focusing on that very mind. This is the instruction for introducing the Dharmakaya. This is the point of showing the mind abiding without fabrication. Thus, in terms of ultimate truth, what is called the unfabricated mind refers to Mahamudra. Mahamudra is that which has all forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, dharmas, etc., but without being established as real. Thus, Hevajra says: The essence is without form, and there is no seer. Without sound, and there is no hearer. Without smell, and there is no smeller. Without taste, and there is no taster. Without touch, and there is no toucher. Without mind, and there is no mind-born. Thus it is said. Likewise, it is not that it is originally non-existent. It is not that it exists. It is not that it exists and does not exist, but it is emptiness in a state of being free from all extremes. The Noble Compilation Sutra says: These two, existence and non-existence, are dharmas without existence. Thus it is said. Thus, this Mahamudra is completely non-existent and cannot be meditated upon. Because it cannot be refuted and cannot be established. It is the meaning of the Perfection of Wisdom. Again, the Compilation Sutra says: That which is not existent is called non-existent. Thus it is said. What is called meditation is also not established. What is called a meditator is also not established. What is called a deity is also not established. The mantra associated with it is also not established.

Thus it is said. Also, as it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: There is no meditation, nor is there a meditator. There is no deity, nor is there mantra. Therefore, it is said. Thus, these are the stages of practicing the Mahamudra realization, the vast, self-arisen wisdom, composed by Rangjung Dorje (the Third Karmapa, 1284-1339). This instruction was composed by Dharma Lord Rangjung Dorje in the fourth month of the Monkey year. May it be virtuous! Even though all desired enjoyments are gathered, they are not accumulated; even though one is attached to the many retinues of desirable qualities, one is not fixated on them. The treasury of the teachings of the three trainings is placed in the center of the heart of renunciation and emptiness. This was also written in the Khading Cave by the one called Karma Ngedön Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen, the Dzogchen master, in a quiet place. May virtue and goodness increase! Sarva Mangalam (Sanskrit, May all be auspicious!). A brief introduction to the three kayas.
