Finally, everything enters from the right nostril. Melting those four chakras, such as the crown chakra, in sequence, at the navel center, the fire and bodhicitta mix, and that which arises from the right channel enters one's own left nostril from the right nostril. The crown opens the golden gate, and the crown chakra is filled with bodhicitta. Again, entering from the left channel, the three lower chakras are filled in sequence, so it is contemplated that the four joys of rising and falling arise at the place of the four chakras. When the bodhicitta touches (ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanization: aṃ, Literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable), (ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanization: aṃ, Literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) blazes intensely, the central channel opens, and the (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) of the heart and the (ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) of the throat are destroyed without obstruction, and when it touches the (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanization: haṃ, Literal meaning: Ham) of the crown. Focus on the blazing dripping of the bodhicitta flowing from that, and meditate while suppressing the upper wind. At that time, if the body trembles and makes noises in the mouth, etc., it is called cutting off the head of (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanization: haṃ, Literal meaning: Ham). Inhale and exhale vigorously three times, making the (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanization: haṃ, Literal meaning: Ham) of the crown invisible. If that does not subside, open the body above the heart. If that does not subside, know that everything is mind. Those are the stages of mantra, the mantra is the (ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanization: aṃ, Literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) of the navel. The stages are to ignite in sequence, from burning one's own chakras and the chakras of the Tathagatas, to focusing on the blazing dripping. The measure of completion is trembling, etc. The third is the stage of arising wisdom: with the fire of (ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanization: aṃ, Literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable), from the (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanization: haṃ, Literal meaning: Ham) of the crown, bring the bodhicitta down from the central channel to the vajra jewel, focus on bliss, and meditate on combining the winds. When focusing in that way, if the bliss feels unbearable and it feels like the jewel is about to break, meditate on the sixteen joys of lower stability: focusing on bliss at the waist of the vajra jewel is the joy of joy. If it is still unbearable there, focus on bliss at the base, which is the supreme joy of joy. If it is still unbearable there, focus on bliss at one-quarter of the distance from there to the navel, which is the joy of joylessness. If it is unbearable there, focus on bliss at the navel, which is the joy of co-emergence. Similarly, there are four of supreme joy from the navel to the heart, four of joylessness from the heart to the throat, and four of co-emergent joy arise from the throat to the crown, thinking in this way, and focusing on bliss in sequence. Those are

This is the order of wisdom: wisdom is the experience of innate joy at the end of the sixteen joys. The order is from meditating on bliss on the vajra jewel to meditating on bliss on the urna hair between the eyebrows. The measure of completion is that one's own continuum is intoxicated by bliss, and so on. The fourth is the order of the secret of the fruit: meditate on the space between the nostrils as being without a pillar, like an empty egg. Then, the life-force winds are balanced, arising from within the body like incense smoke. Imagine that it lingers in the depths of the nostrils with a "chi-li-li" sound, without going out. These are the order of secrets: the secret is the wind that holds life, the order is to gradually eliminate the faults of the winds, the measure of completion is that the body is as light as cotton fluff, and one sees the five signs such as mirages. At that time, all phenomena are gathered into one's own mind, so one meditates without thinking of external objects. Meditate without fixating on all the thoughts and feelings that arise in the mind. Then, meditate without fixating on the inner mind and all external objects as being non-dual. By meditating in this way, one will gradually attain the five kinds of clairvoyance. This is also called the non-dual order. By meditating in this way, one will cut off the path from the lower Dharma onwards, and the hand-seal prophecy will appear. Relying on it, one will manifest transcendental wisdom, gradually traverse the twelve bhumis such as the abodes, and finally attain the fruit of the three kayas with seven branches. These are just a written account of the boundaries of the order of practice. Regarding how to ascertain the channels, essences, etc. through hearing and thinking in the order of the tantras, and how to introduce the way of arising experiences in the later orders, and how to eliminate obstacles, and how the qualities arise, these should be understood in detail from the "Four Orders of the Path" by the great Sakya master, the lord of yoga. Hearing the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Paramitas, as well as the Kriya, Charya, Yoga and Anuttara Yoga tantras, this is the essence of the supreme instruction that is especially superior to the skillful tantras, I will explain. The supreme aspiration at the crown of the head is as white as the peak of the snow mountain, the compassionate face is as red as the color of coral, the tone of voice and the pace of walking are as slow as the gait of a swan.
