思维之上获得无畏的勇气！ 对于那些智慧浅薄，被偏见污垢所染之衣覆盖的人们， 即使他们内心诋毁这善说之月的光芒， 在众多智者星辰之中，它依然闪耀，并向聪慧的睡莲， 展示着一串串令人愉悦的甜蜜，在头顶顶髻上美丽的姿态。 这部名为《次第止住之等至九次第安立·等至极明》的著作，于末世之时，由持有教法不灭胜幢的智者之王，全知佛陀增（Sangye Pel）等众多上师的足尘顶戴于头，从而对如大海般的经藏之义，从内心深处获得定解的释迦比丘索南僧格（Sonam Senge），应众多求法者的再三恳请，以及拉堆绛（Latö Chang）地方出生的青年智者（Shönnu Lodän）的立即催促，并依仗文字的助缘而著成。 于铁虎年（1950）仲月的上弦初八，成书于达纳（Tanak）色林寺（Serling Monastery）。 愿由此善行所生之功德， 令遍布虚空的众生， 皆能获得善逝之智慧！ 愿此众生痛苦之唯一良药， 一切安乐之源泉的教法， 伴随着利养与恭敬， 长久住世！ 善哉！ 善哉！ 善哉！ 《次第止住之等至释·等至极明》。

May I gain fearless courage in speaking my mind! Even if those with shallow wisdom, covered by garments stained with the dirt of bias, Inwardly revile this spreading light of the moon of excellent teachings, It will still shine brightly amidst the many wise stars, and to the intelligent lotuses, Display a beautiful posture atop their crowns, a delightful and sweet garland. This treatise, entitled "A Clear Exposition on Samāpatti: An Explanation of the Nine Progressive Abidings in Samāpatti," was composed in this degenerate age by the Śākya monk Sonam Senge, who, holding the victory banner of the undying teachings, received the dust of the feet of many preceptors, including the omniscient Buddha-increase (Sangye Pel), the king of scholars, upon his head, and thereby gained a profound and definitive understanding of the meaning of the ocean-like scriptures. He was repeatedly urged by many seekers of the Dharma, and promptly encouraged by the youthful intelligent one (Shönnu Lodän), born in the northern region of Lato (Latö), relying on the aid of writing. It was composed on the eighth day of the waxing moon of the middle month in the Iron Tiger year (1950) at Serling Monastery in Tanak. By whatever merit arises from this accomplishment, May all beings pervading the sky, Attain the wisdom of the Sugatas! May the teachings, the sole medicine for the suffering of beings, The source of all happiness, Together with gain and respect, Long endure! Good! Good! Good!
