My manifestation of awareness, the manifestation of yoga, and the manifest have three types. The first is: the five objects of sense, such as form. The second is: all consciousness. The third is: like the nature of reality. The second, like the double moon, is manifest to the sense consciousness that perceives the double moon. If it is manifest to that mind, then that mind understands without relying on the general meaning, which is not pervasive. The previous criticism was made on the assumption that the other party admitted it. Second, the classification of the obscure has two classifications: object and subject. The first has three types as before. The first is: the pot is obscure to the conceptual thought that grasps the pot, consciousness is obscure to a person who does not have the direct perception of another's mind, and the nature of reality is obscure to ordinary people, like this. Classifying from the perspective of the subject, there are two types: classifying from the perspective of inference and classifying from the perspective of non-valid cognition. The first, the obscurity of the three types of inference of nature, inference of trust, and inference of fame, is like the thesis of those three reasons. The second, the three obscurities of decisiveness, error, and doubt, the first is: blue is obscure to the definite knowledge caused by the root direct perception that grasps blue, like this. The second is: sound is permanent, to the conceptual thought that grasps sound as permanent, it is like that. The third is: sound is permanent or impermanent, whichever it is, to the direct perception of doubt that doubts in that way, it is like that. Therefore, if non-conceptual error is manifest, then it is not pervasive to be manifest, and if conceptual error is obscure, then it is not pervasive to be obscure, because if it is the appearing object of non-conceptual error, then it is not pervasive to exist, and if it is the object of attachment of conceptual error, then it is not pervasive to exist. For doubt to be obscure, then the aspects that abide in meaning are obscure, and the other is not obscure. Also, some ancients said that everything like the eye faculty is obscure, everything like consciousness is manifest, and like the collection of hair and fire, sometimes it is manifest, sometimes it is obscure, there are these three, others say, the eye faculty dharma

Then. Omniscient knowledge is hidden, because it is hidden in all aspects. That knowledge is manifest to a person who does not have manifest knowledge, because it is manifest in all aspects. It is unreasonable to state such a refutation, because the eye faculty is hidden in all aspects, which is in terms of looking back, and knowledge is manifest in all aspects, which is in terms of one's own continuum. Third, regarding the classification, there are three: the view that manifest and hidden are contradictory, the view that they are not contradictory, and identifying one's own view. The first is: Some say that the two are contradictory, because what is manifest to something is not hidden at that time, and what is hidden to something is not manifest at that time. If it is said that the two are not contradictory, there is no dharma that is manifest and no dharma that is hidden to all people, and what is manifest to some people is hidden to others, then valid and invalid minds are not contradictory. There is not the slightest bit of becoming valid and invalid minds for all objects, and there is becoming valid for some objects and becoming invalid minds for some objects, because the conceptual thought that grasps sound as permanent is self-cognizant perception in its own nature, but it is a misconception in terms of the object, and the inference that understands sound as impermanent is a misconception in terms of its appearing object, but it is valid in terms of its acting object. However, just as valid and invalid minds are determined separately, the two are also determined separately, because it is only in relation to one who understands that the two are set up as different, and this is also set up in relation to the present situation, not in relation to other times, because for one person, what was previously manifest will later become hidden. The second is: Some say that the two are not contradictory, because in relation to one basis, the meaning of contradiction cannot be established due to contradiction, and in relation to different bases, the two have a common basis. If the first is not established, then both cause and effect will be contradictory, and if it is the result of fire, it must not be the cause of fire. If the second is not established, then there will be this result: blue is blue.
