顶礼！ 无生无灭犹如雷鸣之声， 具足六十支妙音者我敬礼。 法性清净二者现前显现， 如所有法之差别分别观照。 诸法一切种智现证菩提者， 无垢完全清净之心我敬礼。 力如金刚无畏如雄狮， 无杂虚空清净佛法如水月。 断证与异熟之果实， 以六十四种功德庄严者我敬礼。 帝释天鼓云梵天太阳如意宝， 声影虚空地直至有边际。 无勤任运成就之事业， 恒常不断行持者我敬礼。 恭敬顶礼供养普贤供云， 忏悔一切罪业随喜诸善根。 祈请法轮常转祈请永住世， 至极清净善资回向大菩提。 拥有无量功德宝藏之怙主您， 为救度无边众生脱离轮回故， 以无散乱专注之心作祈请， 祈请以无缘慈悲之心垂念我。 三界轮回之痛苦及其所有因， 三时恒常于我受取而作已， 以身语意三门精勤所积之， 安乐善根祈愿成熟于三界众。 以行持六度波罗蜜多之方便， 真实见解之体验明朗显现， 自性清净之实相现前证悟， 为遣除习气祈请加持作禅修。 二障乌云消散法界虚空上， 三身如日之坛城极增盛， 事业热光向十方放射照耀， 祈愿加持为众指示贤善道。 所有生世怙主您之圣言， 无谬圆满通达其真实义后， 以清净增上意乐向十方， 弘扬殊胜妙法祈请加持增盛。 此生之显现一旦坏灭之时， 祈请慈悲垂手接引至兜率， 乃至获得极喜胜位之间， 祈请以胜妙甘露令我得饱足。 总之诸佛菩萨所有之， 心之所欲一切善妙资粮， 祈愿我与虚空等所有众生， 速疾成办祈请加持祈垂念。

Homage! The voice of unborn, unceasing, like thunder, I prostrate to the one endowed with sixty qualities of melodious sound. The two purities of suchness manifest, Seeing distinctly the divisions of all phenomena. Perfectly awakened to all aspects of all dharmas, I prostrate to the mind free from obscurations and utterly pure. Power itself, like a vajra, fearless like a lion, Unmixed, pure as space, the Buddha's teaching like a reflection of the moon in water. Adorned with sixty-four qualities, The fruit of separation and maturation, I prostrate to that one. Like Indra, a drum, clouds, Brahma, the sun, a wish-fulfilling jewel, Sound, reflection, sky, earth, until the end of existence, Effortlessly, spontaneously accomplished activities, I prostrate to the one who engages in them without interruption. With reverence, I prostrate and offer Samantabhadra's clouds of offerings, I confess all sins and rejoice in virtue. I request the turning of the Dharma wheel and to remain steadfastly. I dedicate the utterly pure accumulation of virtue to great awakening. To you, protector, possessor of a treasure of immeasurable qualities, For the sake of liberating limitless beings from existence, With unwavering, one-pointed mind, I make supplication, I beseech you to consider me with a mind of impartial love. The suffering of the three realms of samsara, with all its causes, May I always take upon myself in the three times, And may all the happiness and virtue accumulated through the effort of the three doors, Be blessed to ripen for the beings of the three realms. Having divided the practice of the six perfections, With the clear experience of the correct view, The reality of self-nature purity becomes manifest, I beseech you to bless me to meditate in order to abandon habitual tendencies. In the sky of dharmadhatu, free from the clouds of the two obscurations, The mandala of the three kayas, like the sun, greatly increases, With rays of activity radiating in the ten directions, I beseech you to bless me to show beings the good path. At all times, may I perfectly understand without error, The meaning of the speech of you, protector, And with pure intention, spreading it in the ten directions, I beseech you to bless the supreme vehicle's teaching to flourish. As soon as the appearances of this life fade, Lead me to the realm of Tushita with your hand of compassion, Until I attain the supreme joy of the ground of joy, I beseech you to bless me to be satisfied with the nectar of the sacred Dharma. In short, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, All the collections of goodness that are the intention of their minds, May they quickly be accomplished for me and all beings equal to space, I beseech you to bless me and consider me.

Upon the diadems of gods, demigods, and Naga kings, Whose lotus feet are adorned with rays of light, Whose garland is most beautiful in all the worlds, To that yidam goddess, I take refuge. In the center of the pure realm of Dharma, the circle of the moon, Born from the syllable Tam (藏文：ཏཱཾ་，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当), a body like fresh green, With one face and two arms, possessing a peaceful form, To that yidam goddess, I take refuge.
