ཞིག་གསོ་ལ་བརྩོན་ན། །སྒོ་གསུམ་བར་ཆོད་ལས་གྲོལ་ཡོང་། །འོན་དང་བཟང་ངན་གྱི་རྐྱེན་དང་། །བཏང་སྙོམ་དགྲར་ལངས་ཀྱི་རྐྱེན་སོགས་རྐྱེན་མང་ངེས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ། ངོམ་ན་རོ་སྙོམས་ཀྱིས་བཟློག་མཛོད། །བཟང་ངན་རྗེས་འབྲངས་ཀྱི་རྟོག་པ། །དུས་གསུམ་འཕྲོ་འདུས་ཏྲུན་ཆོད་ལ། །རྒྱུ་འབྲས་བླང་དོར་ལ་འབུངས། །གཞན་གྱི་རྐྱེན་དབང་དུ་མི་འགྱུར། །མཆོག་གསུམ་སྐྱབས་གནས་སུ་ཁུར་ལ། །བཀའ་གཏེར་བསྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་སྤྱི་དང་། །ཁྱད་པར་ཀློང་སྙིང་གི་བསྲུང་མ། །མང་པོས་བཙན་སྒོར་གསོལ་དུ་མཆོད་ན། །བྱ་བ་ལམ་ཏུག་ནི་འོང་ངོ་། །ཚིག་འདི་དགེ་བར་ནི་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྡོ་བླས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་པས། དགྲ་ཟླ་ཕམ་པར་རང་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཕ་ཅིག་རྡོ་རྗེས་འཆང་དབང་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་གཅོད་བསྙོན་འཇིགས་མེད་སྐལ་བཟང་ལ་རི་མོས་ལམ་ནས་གདམས་པ་ལགས་སོ། །༈ ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་ཨ་ཡུ་ཛྙ་ན་ཡེ། གཞི་དབྱིངས་འགྱུར་མེད་ཀུན་བཟང་འོད་མི་འགྱུར། །གཞི་སྣང་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ལོངས་སྐུ་རིགས་མཆོག་ལྔ། །གཞི་རྩ་འགག་མེད་མེད་རང་བཞིན་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་ངལ། །སྐུ་གསུམ་རྒྱ་བའི་ཚེ་དབང་བྱིན་ཆེན་ཕོབ། །དྲུག་ལྡན་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་དང་། །ཡི་དམ་ཞི་ཆགས་ཁྲོ་བོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་དམ་ཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཚོགས། །དེང་འདིར་འཇིགས་མེད་ངོ་མཚར་དགེ་མཚན་རྩོལ། །སྔོན་བསགས་བསོད་ནམས་གསེར་འཛིན་དགའ་མའི་ལྡོར། །རྒྱལ་བསྟན་སྡོ་སྣོད་གསུམ་འཆི་མེད་ལྗོང་། །ཕར་ཕྱིན་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལོ་འབྲས་མེ་ཏོག་འཛིན། །འཇིགས་མེད་ངོ་མཚར་ངང་དུ་འཚོ་གཞེས་གསོལ། །བུམ་པའི་དབང་གིས་སྣོད་བཅདུ་ལྷ་ཏུ་མཐོང་། །གསང་བའི་དབང་གིས་རླུང་ཚིག་སྔགས་སུ་དང་། །ཤེར་ཡིས་དགའ་བཞིའི་བདེ་བའི་མཐར་སོན་ནས། །བསོད་ནམས་སྡོབས་རྒྱས། །རྒྱལ་བསྟན་དཔལ་འཛིན་མཛོད། །ཆོས་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་ཚེ་ལྷའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་ཞིང་། །ཚེ་དབང་བྱིན་ཐོབ་ཉམས་སྣང་གོང་འཕེལ་ནས། །སྒོ་གསུམ་ལྷར་འགྱུར་རིག་པ་ཚད་ལ་ཕེབས། །སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་ཆོས་ཟད་འཕོ་འགྱུར་བྲལ་བཞིན་བཞུགས། །སྲིད་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་འཁོར་བ་ཇི་སྲིད་བར། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་གནས་ལ་སྐྱོ་མེད་གཞན་ཕན་སྤྱོད། །ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་མེད་གསུམ་འབྲས་ཐོབ་མེད་ཐོབ། །སྲིད་ཞིའི་དགེ་མཚན་མཚར་པོར་འབྲལ་མེད་བཞུགས། །མཆོགས་སུམ་རྩ་གསུམ་བསྲུང་མའི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་དང་། །ཆོས་ཉིད་འགྱུར་མེད་ཆོས་ཅན་བསླུ་མེད་མཐུ། །བདག་གི་ལྷག་བསམ་རབ་དཀར་ཡོངས་སྡོམས་མཐུས། །ཇི་ལྟར་སྨོན་དོན་གེགས་མེད་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་མཛོད། །ཅེས

若勤于修补，则能从身语意三门障碍中解脱。无知与善恶之缘，以及舍弃与视敌为仇之缘等，众多不定之幻象，若显现，则以平等之心遣除。善恶随行之念，于三时消散，于因果取舍上努力，不为他缘所转。将三宝作为皈依处，总集一切噶玛与伏藏护法众，特别是空性心髓之护法，若以众多供品祈请，则事业必将顺利。愿此语成为善妙！石匠如是说，则敌对自败。帕当巴桑杰之传承持明者仁波切，以绘画方式为觉域法之诤论者吉美嘎桑传授此教言。༈ 拿摩咕噜阿瑜嘉纳耶。（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་ཨ་ཡུ་ཛྙ་ན་ཡེ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु आयुर्ज्ञानये，梵文罗马拟音：Namo guru āyurjñānaye，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु 长寿智）。基界不变普贤光明不灭，基现任运圆满报身五部尊，基根无尽无自性化身之乐，祈赐三身遍布之长寿大加持。具六功德传承之殊胜上师，以及本尊寂静忿怒坛城诸尊，空行护法誓盟海众，今于此处，祈愿成办无畏稀有之善妙。先前积累之福德，如金地母之乳汁，祈愿佛法僧三宝成为不朽之园林。祈愿圆满波罗蜜多与密咒之果实鲜花，于无畏稀有之中安乐常住。以宝瓶灌顶，见外器世间为天宫；以秘密灌顶，令气语融入咒语；以智慧灌顶，证得四喜之乐，福德增盛，愿能持有佛教之光辉。愿能亲见法性实相之长寿天女，获得长寿灌顶加持，觉受增上，身语意三门转为本尊，觉性达到圆满。愿二障消尽，法性耗尽，安住于无有迁变之中。于轮回中无所畏惧，乃至轮回未空之际，于痛苦之处无有厌倦，行持利他之事。愿无自性三身之果，于无得之中获得，世出世间之吉祥，恒常不离。祈愿三宝、三根本、护法之慈悲，以及法性不变、有法不欺之威力，加上我之清净意乐之总集力量，如是所愿，无有阻碍，迅速成就！

If you strive to repair, you will be freed from the obstacles of the three doors. Ignorance and the causes of good and evil, as well as the causes of indifference and hostility, and the many uncertain manifestations of magic, if they appear, dispel them with equanimity. Thoughts that follow good and evil, dissolve in the three times, strive in the acceptance and rejection of cause and effect, and do not be turned by other causes. Take the Three Jewels as refuge, the general assembly of all Karma and Treasure Protectors, and especially the protectors of the Longchen Nyingtik, if you offer many offerings and prayers, then your activities will surely be successful. May this word become virtuous! When the stonemason said this, enemies will be defeated on their own. Padampa Sangye's lineage holder, the precious one, taught this advice in the form of a painting to Jigme Kalsang, the debater of Chö. ༈ Namo Guru Ayu Jñanaye. (藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་ཨ་ཡུ་ཛྙ་ན་ཡེ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु आयुर्ज्ञानये，梵文罗马拟音：Namo guru āyurjñānaye，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु 长寿智). The unchanging ground of being, the unchanging light of Kuntuzangpo, the spontaneously accomplished Sambhogakaya of the five supreme families, the unceasing root of being, the bliss of the Nirmanakaya of non-self-nature, bestow the great empowerment of longevity that pervades the three kayas. The holy guru of the six-fold lineage, as well as the deities of the peaceful and wrathful mandalas, the assembly of dakinis, dharma protectors, and oath-bound ones, here and now, may they accomplish fearless, wondrous, and virtuous deeds. The accumulated merit of the past, like the milk of the golden earth mother, may the Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha become an immortal garden. May the flowers and fruits of the perfections and mantras be held, and may they live and dwell in fearless wonder. By the vase empowerment, see the outer world as a celestial palace; by the secret empowerment, may the winds and words merge into mantra; by the wisdom empowerment, having reached the end of the bliss of the four joys, may merit increase and may the glory of the Buddha's teachings be held. May the face of the longevity goddess be seen directly, and having received the empowerment of longevity, may experiences increase, may the three doors transform into deities, and may awareness reach its limit. May the two obscurations be exhausted, may phenomena be exhausted, and may they dwell in freedom from change. Fearless in samsara, as long as samsara is not empty, without weariness in the place of suffering, may they practice for the benefit of others. May the fruit of the three bodies without self-nature be attained without attainment, and may the auspiciousness of samsara and nirvana be inseparable. By the compassion of the Three Jewels, the Three Roots, and the Protectors, and by the power of the unchanging nature of reality and the unfailing nature of phenomena, together with the power of the complete accumulation of my pure intention, may the desired goals be accomplished without obstacles and swiftly!
