This ritual called "A Million Rays of Light" is for the upholding, maintaining, and spreading of the Nyingma Dzogchen teachings. It was spoken by the holder, Rigdzin Namkha Jigme Dorje, blessed with a golden diadem, and propagated by Jigme Trinley Ozer. The scribe was Gonpo Samdrub. Homage to Samantabhadra, Vajrasattva. Hevajra, the feet of the glorious lion throne. Manjushrimitra, Jnana Sutra. I pray, grant blessings and empowerments. Vimalamitra, Padmasambhava's heart-sons, king, subjects, and companions. Longchen Rabjam, Khyentse Jigme Lingpa. Refuge, the essence of all, to the root guru. I pray, show the path that liberates. The embodiment of all Buddhas, Orgyen Vajradhara. Appearing as the wrathful king to tame the untamable. Fully manifest, wrathful Hayagriva-Garuda, mandala deities. I pray, grant the attainment of fruition and liberation. Not seeing one's own face, the sound of dualistic karma. Various conditions shifting to various places.
