རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་བདུད་རྩི་བུམ་བཅུད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་དབང་བསྐུར་ཐབས་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་དབང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ། རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་བདུད་རྩི་བུམ་བཅུད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་དབང་བསྐུར་ཐབས་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་དབང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ། ༄༅། །རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་བདུད་རྩི་བུམ་བཅུད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་དབང་བསྐུར་ཐབས་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་དབང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས། ། ཆོས་སྐུ་ཀུན་བཟང་སྣང་མཐའ་གྱུར་མེད་ཐུགས། །ལོངས་སྐུ་རྡོར་འཆད་རིགས་ལྔ་ལྷུན་རྡོགས་གསུང་། །འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ། །སྐུ་གསུམ་ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་རྣམས་སྤྱི་བོས་མཆོད། །མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་ལྟར་རྒྱ་ཆེ་ཞིང་། །བྱམས་བརྩེའི་རང་བཞིན་ཉི་ལྟར་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོ། །མཐུ་སྟོབས་ནུས་པ་འཇིགས་མེད་གླིང་པའི་ཞབས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བར་དུ་འབྲེལ་མེདསྙིང་ནས་བསྟེན། །རིག་འཛིན་ཚོ་སྒྲུབ་གསེར་འཛིན་དགའ་མའི་ངོར། །ལེགས་འཁྲུངས་མཚོ་སྐྱེས་གཞོན་ནུ་འཆི་མེད་ཀྱི། །དབར་བསྐུར་བ་དཀར་ཕྲེང་བ་འདིར་ངོམ་ན། །སྐལ་ལྡན་རྗེས་འཇུག་ཚོགས་རྣམས་དགའ་བས་ལོངས། དེ་ལ། འདིར་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་བདུད་རྩི་བུམ་བདུད་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བྱེད་པར་འདོད་ན། །གཞུང་ལས། དབེན་པའི་གནས་སུ་སྟེགས་བུའི་ཁརཿ རྡུལ་ཚོན་རས་ཚོན་སྐབས་སྦྱར་གྱིཿ དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དབུས་སུ་ལྡིང་ཁྲིའི་ཁརཿ ཚེ་བུམ་དབུས་ལ་ཚེ་རིལ་གཡསཿ ཚེ་མདའ་རྒྱབ་ལཚེ་ཆང་གཡོནཿ ཚེ་གཏོར་མདུན་བཤམས་མཆོད་པས་བསྐོརཿ བདག་དང་སྒྲུབ་རྟེན་དབྱེར་མེད་དུཿ རིག་འཛིན་འདུས་པའི་ལས་གཞུང་བསྲང་ཿ བསྟོད་པའི་མཇུག་ཏུ་འཛབ་ཁང་དབྱེཿ ཞེས་བསྟོད་པའི་བར་བྱ་ཞིང་། དབྱེ་གཞི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྣང་ཆ་གསལ་ཐེགས་ནས། བྷྲཱུཾ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཕཊ་ཛཿ ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཉིས་པ་ཞིག་ལོགས་སུ་ཕྱེ་ནས་མདུན་མཁར་མེ་རི་འདབས་འབྱོར་དུ་བཞུགས་པར་གསལ། ཐུགས་ཀར་པདྨ་ཉི་ཟླའི་སོགས་བསྙེན་བསྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་བཟླས་པ་གཞུང་བཞིན་བྱས་མཐར། ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་དམིགས་པ་འདི་བཞིན་ནོ། །བྷྲཱིཿ ཚེ་དབང་རིག་འཛིན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་ཿ སྣང་སྲིད་བྲིལ་གནོན་ཐུགས་ཀ་རུཿ བཅོམ་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེདཿ དམར་གསལ་ལོངས་སྐུ་ཡུམ་དང་སྦྱོརཿ པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་བུམ་པ་འཛིནཿ ཐུགས་ཀར་ཉི་ཟླའི་གའུའི་ནང་ཿ སྲོག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་ཡི་གེ་ཧྲཱིཿ ཐ་མར་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཕྲེང་བས་བསྐོརཿ འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས་པས་བརྟན་གཡོའི་བཅུདཿ རྒྱལ་བ་རིག་འཛིན་དྲང་སྲོང་གིཿ ཚེ་བཅུད་བསྡུས་ལ་བཅུད་དུ་འདྲིལཿ པ་སྤུའི་བུ་ག་ཚུན་ཆོད

持明长寿成就甘露宝瓶精华之长寿灌顶法，二利任运成就如意自在王。 持明长寿成就甘露宝瓶精华之长寿灌顶法，二利任运成就如意自在王。 ༄༅། །名为持明长寿成就甘露宝瓶精华之长寿灌顶法，二利任运成就如意自在王之仪轨。 法身普贤无变光明心，报身金刚持五部任成语，无死莲花生化身，三身长寿诸尊我顶礼。 智悲之智慧如虚空般广大，慈爱之自性如太阳般光芒四射，威力能力无畏洲之足，直至菩提之间不离心而依止。 于持明长寿成就黄金地上，善生海生童子无死之，灌顶白莲于此展示时，具缘随行众喜悦充满。 如是，此处欲行长寿成就甘露宝瓶之灌顶，经文中：于寂静处之高台上，粉彩布彩随宜造，坛城中央设宝座，长寿瓶中置长寿丸于右，长寿箭于后，长寿酒于左，长寿朵玛陈设于前，以供品围绕，自与本尊无别中，持明聚之事业仪轨行，于赞颂末尾开念诵室，如是行至赞颂之间。从所分之坛城景象清晰升起后，念诵：བྷྲཱུཾ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཕཊ་ཛཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：भ्रूं विश्व विशुद्धे फट् जः，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ viśva viśuddhe phaṭ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：勃隆，一切清净，啪，扎），如是语后，将第二个坛城分开，观想于前方如梅如山脚下般安住。于心间莲花日月等，如仪轨般念诵修持后，如是长寿成就之观想：བྷྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：भ्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：bhrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），长寿自在持明莲花生，镇压轮涅于心间，顶礼薄伽梵怙主无量寿，红色明亮报身与明妃合，持莲花宝红之宝瓶，心间日月之盒内，命之精要字ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），末尾以咒语之鬘围绕，光芒四射，稳固与变动之精华，诸佛持明瑜伽士之，长寿精华聚集融入，直至毛孔之处

The method of bestowing the longevity empowerment of the Vidyadhara Longevity Accomplishment Ambrosia Vase Essence, the King of Spontaneous Fulfillment of Both Purposes, the Wish-Fulfilling Empowerment. ༄༅། །Herein is the rite called "The King of Spontaneous Fulfillment of Both Purposes, the Wish-Fulfilling Empowerment: The Method of Bestowing the Longevity Empowerment of the Vidyadhara Longevity Accomplishment Ambrosia Vase Essence." Dharmakaya Samantabhadra, the unchanging expanse of mind; Sambhogakaya Vajradhara, the five families' spontaneous speech; Immortal Padmasambhava, the Nirmanakaya; I prostrate to the three kayas, the longevity deities, with my head. The wisdom of knowledge is as vast as the sky, the nature of loving-kindness radiates like the sun, the power and ability of Jigme Lingpa's feet, I rely on from the heart, inseparable until enlightenment. On the golden ground of the Vidyadhara longevity accomplishment, when the well-born, youthful, immortal Ocean-Born One's white garland of empowerment is displayed here, may the fortunate followers be filled with joy. So, if you wish to perform the longevity empowerment of the longevity accomplishment ambrosia vase here, according to the text: On a platform in a secluded place, create with colored powders or painted cloth as appropriate; in the center of the mandala, on a raised throne, place the longevity vase, with the longevity pill on the right, the longevity arrow behind, the longevity wine on the left, the longevity torma arranged in front, surrounded by offerings; inseparably as oneself and the deity, perform the practice liturgy of the gathering of vidyadharas; at the end of the praise, open the recitation chamber, thus acting until the praise. From the clearly arising aspect of the divided mandala, recite: བྷྲཱུཾ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཕཊ་ཛཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं विश्व विशुद्धे फट् जः, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ viśva viśuddhe phaṭ jaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhrum, all pure, Phat, Dza). Having spoken thus, separate the second mandala and visualize it as residing in front, like the foot of Mount Meru. At the heart, the lotus, sun, and moon, etc., after reciting and practicing according to the ritual, visualize the longevity accomplishment as follows: བྷྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), Longevity Empowerment Vidyadhara Padmasambhava, suppressing samsara and nirvana in the heart, I prostrate to the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus, red and clear Sambhogakaya united with consort, holding a lotus ruby vase, in the heart, inside the box of the sun and moon, the essence of life, the letter ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), finally surrounded by a garland of mantras, rays of light radiate, the essence of the stable and moving, the longevity essence of the Buddhas, vidyadharas, and sages is gathered and condensed, even to the pores of the hair.
