Even thinking "do not meditate" is a conceptual thought. True meditation is the mind that is separate from the object of meditation and the meditator. For example, like water and water waves, rest the mind in a state free from dualistic grasping. So-called practice refers to coarse and subtle actions, methods of deceiving others' minds by transforming them with intellect. This is not pure practice, but hypocrisy and deceit. Therefore, the practitioner and the six aggregates of the object of practice are like the external metaphor of a mirror and an image, the internal metaphor of a child and a madman, and the secret metaphor of the sky and hail. In this state, practice without practicing. The so-called fruit refers to the path of Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and Madhyamaka, the appearance of the good result of gradual practice. If it is not obtained immediately but presumptuously hoped to be obtained in the future, there is no difference from the fruit of an inferior path. Therefore, cut off the attachment in your mind. In this way, the basis, path, and result are perfected, and the three bodies are truly manifested. I say that they can be seen in this life. This is Karma Drakpa's instruction to Gelek Gyatso, the attendant of Sakya Dege.
