增益福乐之事业宝藏。第五，无嗔之舞： ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）阿！，阿赖耶识俱生无明魔，压于原始法身之界中。意识能取所取分别魔，压于任运光明之界中。六聚迷现实执魔，以自生自解之力压制。四边之见莫生起，以不变金刚之印封印。སྟྭཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནནཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）斯瓦姆 帕亚 纳纳！第六，离希之成就： 观想成就之物，如糖、蜂蜜、红糖、肉、酒等，清晰闪耀。于根本咒之后加念： ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀྐ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）身语意 一切 成就 果 吽 阿！，多次念诵后，观想为加持之聚，取而尝之。 ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）阿！，如昔日瑜伽士米拉日巴，于藏斯梅二地无分别般，糖蜜红糖肉与酒，所欲饮食之法性，如法性游戏般，以摄取精要之威力，如获无漏金刚身般，瑜伽我等修行者，糖蜜红糖肉酒物，至尊大士之三密，智悲力之成就精要，以欲乐之心取用时，自执迷乱自解脱，不变之身与无碍语，无谬之意等胜共之，成就无余速赐予。ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀྐ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）身语意 一切 成就 果 吽！第六，遣除常断： ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）阿！，于空性中显现之光彩，虽现为至尊大士之身，然如空中显现之彩虹，无所缘，离思言之状态。ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）阿 阿 阿！，再次于觉性力量无碍之状态中，如显现世间上师般，不散乱，不修饰，于义而行。所行能行皆自解脱。第七，无缘回向： 此善愿我与他，从二取执着中解脱，一时获得遍知上师之，殊胜果位而回向。第八，不欺之愿： ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）阿！，离生灭之觉性实相，如离迁变之相般，轮回几许为利他，愿我如至尊般转变。第九，无碍吉祥： ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）阿！，体性言说超绝金刚持，自性任运成就瑜伽母，大悲无碍米拉日巴之，智悲力之吉祥为何，祝愿国境一切皆吉祥。 愿教法兴盛！

The treasury of activities that increase benefit and happiness. Fifth, the dance of non-anger: Āḥ! The co-emergent ignorance demon of the base of all, Press it into the space of the primordial Dharmakaya. The conceptual demon of mind-consciousness grasping and fixating, Press it into the space of spontaneous, luminous reality. The demon of the six aggregates' deluded appearances and clinging to reality, Press it down with the power of self-arising and self-liberation. May views of the four extremes not arise, Seal it with the immutable vajra seal. Svaṃ bhaya nanaḥ! Sixth, the accomplishment of detachment from hope: Clearly visualize the objects of accomplishment, such as sugar, honey, molasses, meat, wine, etc., shining brightly. At the end of the root mantra, add: Kāyavākcitta sarvasiddhi phala hūṃ āḥ, Recite it many times, then visualize it as a mass of blessings, take it, and taste it. Āḥ! Just as the yogi Milarepa in the past, In Tsang and Mey, was free from conceptualization, Sugar, honey, molasses, meat, and wine, The nature of desirable food and drink, Through the power of taking essence like playing with the nature of reality, Just as he attained the stainless vajra body, Yogis, we practitioners, The substances of sugar, honey, molasses, meat, and wine, The essence of the knowledge, love, and power of the three secrets of the great Jetsun, When taken with a mind of desire, Self-grasping delusion is self-liberated, Immutable body and unceasing speech, Undeluded mind, etc., supreme and common, May all accomplishments be quickly bestowed. Kāyavākcitta sarvasiddhi phala hūṃ! Sixth, eliminating permanence and annihilation: Āḥ! From the state of emptiness, the radiance of clarity, Although appearing as the body of the great Jetsun, Like a rainbow appearing in the sky, Without object, in a state beyond thought and expression. A a āḥ! Again, in the unceasing state of the power of awareness, Like the lama appearing as phenomena and existence, Do not be distracted, do not meditate, practice the meaning. What is practiced and the practitioner are self-liberated. Seventh, dedication without object: By this virtue, may I and others, Be liberated from grasping at duality, May we dedicate it to attaining the supreme state, Of the all-knowing lama in one moment. Eighth, the infallible aspiration: Āḥ! The reality of awareness, free from birth and death, Like being devoid of changing characteristics, As long as samsara exists, for the sake of others, May I become like the Jetsun. Ninth, unobstructed auspiciousness: Āḥ! The essence beyond expression, Vajradhara, The nature of spontaneous accomplishment, Yogini, The compassion without obstruction, Milarepa's, Whatever auspiciousness of knowledge, love, and power, May there be auspiciousness throughout the entire kingdom. May the teachings flourish!

吉祥增长！教法持有者增长吉祥！众生安乐吉祥！现证菩提吉祥！此乃密咒瑜伽士，无畏事业光芒者，至尊笑金刚之，幻化清净显现时，顿生无碍之方式书写。长寿五姊作护法！以此善根，凡与此结缘之有情众，祈愿至尊以慈悲摄受后，修习成熟解脱道之相续，速疾成就三身果位！善哉！善哉！善哉！ 至尊密勒日巴尊者之修法，真实义精华。

May there be auspiciousness of increase! May there be auspiciousness of the increase of the holders of the teachings! May there be auspiciousness of happiness and well-being for all beings! May there be auspiciousness of manifest enlightenment! This was written spontaneously and without obstruction at the time of the manifestation of the illusory pure vision of the Vajra Who Laughs, the fearless radiant one of activity, the yogi of mantra. May the Five Long-Life Sisters act as protectors! By this virtue, may all sentient beings connected to this, be taken care of by the compassion of the venerable one, and having trained their minds on the path of maturation and liberation, may they quickly accomplish the state of the three kayas! Good! Good! Good! The Essence of Definitive Meaning, the Sadhana of the Venerable Milarepa.
