Although the nature of phenomena is empty, the law of cause and effect is infallible, so inflict a severe punishment! For those enemies who harbor evil thoughts and act harshly, depict their forms in images and write their names in letters, setting them as targets, for those enemies who have committed and will commit dark and cruel deeds! To those great sinners, may the wisdom deities inflict punishment, may all the arrogant beings of the world inflict punishment! May the Bhagavan Lotus Powerful King, the parents, and their retinue of oath-bound guardians, the ocean of Damchen, inflict a severe punishment! May the curses uttered by the truthful sages of the gods, irreversible like iron hailstones from the sky, destroy the enemies, sinners, and oath-breakers! May they be destroyed! Extinguish them as if pouring water on a blazing fire! Shatter them like an egg hitting a rock! Flatten them as if trampling mud! Burn them like feathers in a fire! May you perform the action of utterly destroying them, leaving not even a name or remnant, like dust in the wind! May the cycle of suffering in the three realms be severed! May it disappear!
