愿文殊怙主那正直皎洁的光芒， 融入我心深处的巨大水海。 愿我成为救护一切众生的荣耀！ 以此作为增长智慧的种子，以利他之心策动，我抑制住华丽的辞藻，以期盼之心恳切祈愿。在二十六岁时，于绕迥铁羊年藏历新年之初三，班智达 洛哲哲美（Blo gros dri med），或名五明论师 蒋贝嘉卫让当（'Jam dpal dgyes pa'i rang mdangs），又名 海生莲花（Mtsho byung bzhad pa'i ge sar），于一次外修时写下此文，愿自他修法的一切障碍完全平息，愿文殊喜悦的光芒永恒地融入心中，愿一切愿望圆满实现。吉祥！ （译者注：绕迥，藏历纪年法，每六十年一轮回。铁羊年为藏历的一个年份。）

May the pure white light of Manjushri, the protector, Penetrate the great ocean in the depths of my heart. May I become the glory that protects all beings! With this as the seed for increasing wisdom, motivated by altruism, I restrain from ornate words and earnestly pray with a hopeful heart. At the age of twenty-six, on the third day of the first month of the Iron Sheep year of the Rabjung cycle, the Pandit Lodrö Drime (Blo gros dri med), also known as Jampe Gyewei Rangdang ('Jam dpal dgyes pa'i rang mdangs), the master of the five sciences, and also known as Tsochung Zhäpai Gesar (Mtsho byung bzhad pa'i ge sar), the lotus blooming from the ocean, wrote this during one external practice session. May all obstacles to the Dharma practice of myself and others be completely pacified, may the light of Manjushri's joy eternally penetrate my heart, and may all aspirations be fulfilled. May it be auspicious! (Translator's note: Rabjung is the Tibetan calendrical system, with a cycle of sixty years.
