The seed syllables are ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (Tibetan, seed syllables, oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā, Om, Ah, Hum, Svaha). The head of the five warrior syllables (དཔའ་བོ་འབྲུ་ལྔ་) faces outward and rotates clockwise. On the five-petaled garland, place the seed syllables of the five main deities. Write the five syllables 'Longevity Wisdom If you want to make it more detailed, you can add the mantras of Vajrapani (ཕྱག་རྡོར།), Acala (མི་གཡོ་བ།), Sorong (སོར་འབྲང་), etc., and the mantras, heart mantras, root mantras, and protective mantras of any desired deity on the outer garland. This is the life wheel. After applying the sacred substances, start from the navel and wrap it with the main color thread of life, and consecrate it. As a life support, you can take an arrow from the incense burner or the hand of an auspicious person of Shangbala God (ཞང་ལྷ་). The arrow shaft is used as the life support for the boy, and the arrow feather is used as the life support for the girl. Put it in a white felt or white cotton bag, put non-toxic medicines and precious powders, and to maintain the luster, put red silk, coral, agate, the substitute image of the female protector, amulet, nine-eyed stone. Put in the soul stone. The substitute image of the female protector life god is fixed with a woman's needle to stabilize life. Put in the 'Leu Sutra' (ལེའུའི་ཕྲེང་ལུང་།), any sacred object. The male protector is fixed with the father's earrings or utensils. The local deity is fixed with the arrow or arrowhead of the local protector, or the soul stone. Put in complete barley grains that never rot, seven portions. In order to keep the body unchanged, put in noble turquoise jewelry, or the arrowhead or spear of the father or father's generation. Shangbala God uses the arrowhead of Shangbala. The substitute image of the war god obtains ironware from the hands of auspicious and powerful people in the locality. The local deity takes the soul stone from the neck of the local guardian deity. If the father, etc. are no longer alive, they can be obtained from their descendants, and various treasures can be put in. The above is a commentary. Make the mother tree and the child tree into a soul peg four fingers long, or use the bow of the mother tree and the two arrows of the child tree, and tie them with the shoulder wool thread of the ram and ewe and put them in. This is the substitute for the soul life. Insert the life wheel and the substitute image on the arrow and insert it in a full can of white barley. This is the life grain. The method of offering to the gods is: use tsampa or dough to make Mount Sumeru, a total of four layers, on which is placed the goddess Buzima (ལྷ་མོ་བུ་རྫི་མ་), whose body color is white or red, wearing white silk clothes, with a conch bun on the top of her head, a mongoose under her armpit, and iron shackles of power on her feet. The Dharma instrument is, if the child is not born, make a substitute image, then the right hand holds a vase, and the left hand holds a treasure; if the child has been born, make a substitute image holding the child. It can also be painted on silk. The offerings include five arrows, five flags, five copper mirrors, five kinds of sky-colored silks, five bells, five corals, five mice, five medicine pills, five tormas, five black birds, and five black sheep. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

念诵:'Ma bhyo sa ya ya bhyo,ru lu ru lu bhyo,ru ru nag mo ma sha ni,tsa pa la lha mo ya ma du hring, yag tu ma dza dzaḥ'。 念诵'Ma ma e ka dza ṭi re ma ti bu chung la raksha raksha bhrum',并计数。
