The Handprint of the Profound Stages of the Six-Limbed Yoga. The Handprint of the Profound Stages of the Six-Limbed Yoga. The Handprint of the Profound Stages of the Six-Limbed Yoga. Homage! Namaḥ Śrī Kālacakrāya (Tibetan: ན་མཿཤྲཱི་ཀཱ་ལ་ཙ་ཀྲ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः श्रीकालचक्राय, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ śrīkālacakrāya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage, Auspicious Wheel of Time). The actual state of the ground, the stages of traversing the path, and the manner of manifesting the fruit are three. Firstly, the abiding is the channels, the moving is the winds, and the arrangement is the explanation of the mind of enlightenment. Firstly, the six great channels are explained, and the six chakras are explained. Firstly, the lower ends of the three channels, Ro-kyang, Uma, pierce into the tip of the mark and the anus. In the middle of the body, straight and slightly close to the side of the spine, it goes upwards. The upper end that comes through under the skull is located at the eyebrow center. The Uma above its navel is called Sound Dust, Two Separations, and Avadhuti. The color is green, the realm of space, and mainly the wind descends. The right channel is called Roma, Rasana, and the Sun Channel. The color is red, the realm of fire, and mainly blood descends. The left channel is called Kyangma, Lalana, and the Moon Channel. The color is white, the realm of water, and mainly semen descends. The Uma below the navel curves to the right and pierces into the tip of the mark. It is called Kundarma, Conch Mother, and Time Fire. The color is blue, the realm of wisdom, and mainly semen descends. The left channel curves to the center and pierces into the tip of the mark, called Sheep, the color is black, the realm of wind, and mainly urine descends. The right channel curves to the left and pierces into the anus, called Red-Yellow, the color is yellow, the realm of earth, and mainly feces descend. The six chakras are: in the center of the jewel is the eight-petaled chakra, in the secret place is the thirty-two-petaled chakra, in the navel is the sixty-four-petaled chakra, in the heart is the eight-petaled chakra, in the throat is the thirty-two-petaled chakra, in the forehead is the sixteen-petaled chakra, and on the crown is the four-petaled chakra. The upper and lower ends of the Dhuti, and the center of the chakras, are the vital points of the body. Why are they the vital points of the body? Because when one grasps the object of focus and presses the vital points, special wisdom arises, therefore it is said. Which limb presses on which chakra? With two fingers, press on the upper end of the Dhuti, the life

With diligence and mindfulness as the center, holding causes the six chakras to vibrate, from the lower end to the upper end of the central channel of meditation. The winds are: life-sustaining wind, downward-clearing wind, equal-dwelling wind, upward-moving wind, pervasive wind, dragon, turtle, crab, giving, and wealth-victorious, totaling ten. Among these ten winds, there are twelve major changes in a day. In the intervals between changes, fifty-six winds travel from the central channel each time. Therefore, six hundred and sixty-five winds travel from the central channel in a day. The arising, abiding, and moving of these are as follows: the central channel above the heart's knot is the main place for the arising and abiding of the life-sustaining wind. Moving is the left, right, and central channels above it, each traveling accordingly. The central channel below the heart's knot is the main place for the arising and abiding of the downward-clearing wind. Moving is the left, right, and central channels below it, each traveling accordingly. Similarly, on the vein petals of the east and southeast, the equal-dwelling wind and the turtle. On the vein petals of the south and southwest, the upward-moving wind and the crab. On the vein petals of the north and northeast, the pervasive wind and giving. On the vein petals of the west and northwest, the dragon and wealth-victorious are the main places for arising and abiding. Moving is like water flowing from a large canal dividing into many small canals. The winds that travel in the ten veins divide into many, traveling in all the veins of the body in the manner of traveling in small veins. In the mind of enlightenment, there are the bindu that generates wakefulness, the bindu that generates dreams, the bindu that generates deep sleep, and the bindu that generates the fourth state. Among them, at the crown is the bindu of the body that generates wakefulness, at the throat is the bindu of speech that generates dreams, at the heart is the bindu of mind that generates deep sleep, and at the navel is the bindu of wisdom that generates the fourth state. Again, at the navel is the bindu of the body that generates wakefulness, at the secret place is the bindu of speech that generates dreams, at the center of the jewel is the bindu of mind that generates deep sleep, and at the tip of the jewel is the bindu of wisdom that generates the fourth state. Among them, the navel and the tip of the jewel have the fourth state.
