is supreme. It is believed that Lanka and the hero also follow it, which is in accordance with "the two practices of the female messenger." The so-called "self-satisfaction" refers to the practitioner himself who likes to practice with which messenger. Through the empowerment obtained through the successive transmission from one holy master to another, when it is perfectly in accordance with the mantra, then, the messengers who should be relied upon are also truly declared. When one becomes such an external yogini and has a state of true union, the innate wisdom will be well or truly perfected. That is the cause and action of the Bhagavan's wisdom, because the glorious Heruka is born from it. This is explained in the commentaries. Lavapa said: With that non-dual realization, for the sake of empowerment, two female messengers with all perfect ornaments should be practiced, one for the meaning of bestowing secret empowerment, and the second for the meaning of wisdom and intelligence. Relying on those two to empower and give permission to practice, after that, the master gives one messenger, so that the disciple who practices, the great master, with the image of asceticism entering the Heruka attire, relies on the messenger for the meaning of the ritual of the great seal accomplishment. Thus, obtaining empowerment through the order of the master's oral instructions is the body of true and complete wisdom spoken by the yoginis, which all Buddhas should bow to. Thus it is explained, combining the three lines such as "two messengers" with the empowerment below. The former masters explained "two messengers" as field-born and co-born, and "one messenger" as mantra-born. The second aspect is divided into two: what kind of ritual to practice, and what kind of asceticism to practice. The first aspect is: the yogi who practices should get up from the light in the early morning, with the combination of skillful means and wisdom of the mind of the vajra nature, and should meditate on the wheel of the mandala. After putting on all the armor, such as the six heroes, on the body,

That is, to diligently practice in all parts of the body, which means to wear armor. It is said as follows: "On the body, the extremely strong armor, diligently practice on the body." This is how it is recited. Lavapa said: "The treatises of the limbs, diligently practice on the body." That which transcends the limbs is considered a limb. The term Śastra (Sanskrit: शस्त्र, Śāstra, meaning weapon/treatise) refers to both weapons and treatises, here interpreted as treatises. To diligently practice on the limbs of the body, that is, the parts of the body, such as the five ambrosias like white bodhi, is for the purpose of averting all obstacles and increasing the two accumulations. A treatise is one that demonstrates the stages of yoga, which is a manifestation. To diligently practice on all of that is to practice diligently. That which purifies the body is explained as arranging seventeen deities on the body and meditating on the body mandala. As previously stated, the mantra practitioner, having constantly protected in this way, should recite the mantra. After reciting the mantra, yoga is the samadhi of great bliss. The place where it arises is women. What is definitely shown there is that after showing how to make armor, one must definitely wear the armor. The weapons mentioned earlier, that is, armor, should not be transgressed when wearing armor, that is, one should not violate it, or one should keep the vows. One should not be angry or slander yogis such as Hevajra who have the same vows. If one generates hatred towards the Vajra Master, disciples, and messengers who have received the Wheel Empowerment, then even the accumulation of merit accumulated over millions of kalpas after generating the mind of enlightenment will be destroyed in an instant. Therefore, one should not hate such people, and one should clearly protect the vows.
