From the Collected Works of the Great Je Tsongkhapa, the Four Stages of Yoga. From the Collected Works of the Great Je Tsongkhapa, the Four Stages of Yoga. Herein are the Four Stages of Yoga from the Collected Works of the Great Je Tsongkhapa. Homage to Vajrabhairava). Possessing the power of the wheel-turning of accomplished ones, from the very nature of the four yogas of the Great Accomplished Glorious Holder, the four types of yoga are explained. Form and mantra and samaya, and perfectly pure wisdom, through these, one will be liberated from the bonds of existence. Thus it is said. The first is, in that very state, either gradually or simultaneously, contemplate the recollection of the Buddha. Abide as the self abiding in a sphere, this body is Yamantaka the Hero. This is not a corpse, nor is it flesh and blood, it is neither true nor false, it is not ordinary, it is a wisdom body. Clear and bright and without impurity, it is all the perfect qualities, this is not different from myself, there is no abandoning or adding even a little. Without error, through the kindness of the Guru, it is called primordially accomplished, all sentient beings can see it, whoever hears and remembers it, fulfills all wishes, it is the Union Body. Thus it is said. With illusion-like samadhi, one becomes accustomed as in a dream. By thoroughly connecting the intermediate existence, one obtains the accomplishment of the Sugata. It is the yoga of the stage of form. Thus it is said. The second is, that which is the teacher of all sentient beings, called wind, performs all actions. This is the mount of consciousness, it is the means of obtaining existence and liberation. Thus it is said. By the pure union, one purifies, by the attracting union, one attracts. By pacification, one pacifies, by the stiffening union, one becomes unmoving. Thus it is said. Mirage, smoke, and so on, the five, appear in an instant. Thus it is said. Being moved by the wind is samsara, being unmoving is liberation from suffering. In the center of the lotus of the heart, one is born, one obtains non-abiding nirvana. The yogi abides in equanimity. In the morning, when the crow does not crow, what is the wind of arising that enters and abides? Count it a thousand times. When the practitioner is separated from sound, and completes it with a hundred thousand times, even if life is exhausted, one can live for five years, there is no doubt about this. The white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable of the heart

From that. Because one does not distinguish by focusing on places and so on, if one meditates on the union of winds, one will obtain the five superknowledges.
