As it is said. So, what is the reason why one needs to make such offerings to oneself? The yogi who is well-versed in contemplating oneself as a Buddha, my body is the nature of all Buddhas, and it is also the place or basis for bestowing the supreme state of all Buddhas, therefore, the yogi should always diligently strive to contemplate oneself as a Buddha and make offerings. Secondly, whatever action the practitioner yogi does, even a small action, that is, the movement of the body and the expression of speech, etc., should be done by viewing oneself and others as deities and contemplating offering to them. Thirdly, when eating food, drinking beverages, wearing clothes, smelling fragrances, applying perfumes, wearing garlands and ornaments, one should only think of one's own deity, and should not do it with arrogance. As mentioned above, if you do this, even the movement of the body etc. can accumulate great merit, so you should strive for it. So, what kind of deity is it? It is Vajrasattva who is adorned by the four vidyādharīs such as Locanā, that is, becomes beautiful or generates joy. There are many sayings about the meaning of decoration in generating joy. The commentary explains that food etc. become the nature of the four elements, in order to contemplate as the nature of the four goddesses and Vajrasattva. The third part is divided into two points: how the teacher acts, and how the retinue acts. The first point is: as mentioned before, after answering all the questions of the four goddesses, the Blessed One Vajrasattva remained in the reality of silence. The second point is: seeing the teacher remaining in silence, the goddesses such as Locanā joined their palms together, their faces full of joy, and with a heart of extreme joy towards the teacher, they attained the clear light of non-discrimination towards all dharmas, that is, entered into the light, without saying a word.
