When the consciousness of the body experiences the sensation of being touched, and it is possessed by the mind, then one commits a transgression similar to the defeat of impure conduct (non-celibacy). Apart from the defeat transgression of impure conduct, all physical and verbal transgressions arising from the desire to speak of impure conduct, and the desire to accept what others say of impure conduct, belong to this category and should be confessed. Lying has four aspects. The root and branches have three. The basis of who speaks is as before. The object to whom one speaks is a person who can speak, understand the meaning, whose consciousness exists naturally, who is not a hermaphrodite or bisexual, who possesses five names, whose body is in a normal state, and whose continuum is different from oneself, thus possessing seven qualities. The object of what is spoken is the superior human dharma, which transcends the desire realm, from the first dhyana upwards to the state of Buddhahood, encompassing any mundane or supramundane qualities. There are two types of thought: undistorted perception of general and specific characteristics. The motivation is to transform perception, to desire to speak of superior human dharma, and to desire to accept the words spoken by others, without interruption. The action is speech, possessing five branches: it is speech, it is one's own, it is related to oneself, it is spoken without error, it is spoken clearly. Thus, one begins to speak of attaining the superior human dharma. One begins to accept the words spoken by others. Ultimately, when the meaning is understood, one commits a transgression similar to the defeat of lying. Apart from the defeat transgression of lying, all physical and verbal transgressions arising from the transformation of perception, the desire to speak of superior human dharma, and the desire to accept the words spoken by others, belong to this category and should be confessed. The meaning of "defeat transgression" is transgression, but because its function is similar to the four defeats of a bhikshu, these four are called defeats. The way the function is similar is: if any of the four defeats of a bhikshu are concealed, they are considered irreparable. Therefore, no pratimoksha vows will arise in that lifetime. If it is not concealed, then one needs to undergo purification for the defeat in the sangha, and if one has not attained Arhatship, then one needs to practice the precepts of purification for the rest of one's life. Just as it is said, for a novice monk as well, if the four defeat transgressions are concealed

If a transgression occurs, it will make it impossible to restore. If it occurs openly, then one needs to take the disciplinary precepts and properly practice the disciplinary actions, which is only suitable for a novice who has taken the precepts. Therefore, it is also said in the "Three Hundred Verses": "A novice, like a monk, has no chance to obtain precepts later on." ༈ "Without basis" means wanting to cause them to fall, knowing that there is no basis for seeing, hearing, or doubting, or transforming one's perception while doubting, saying: "This monk has committed impure conduct," etc. Combining the agent and the action, wanting to clearly speak words of slander, having spoken, one commits an offense that should be confessed. ༈ "Slightly" means wanting to cause them to fall, knowing that there is no basis for seeing, hearing, or doubting, or transforming one's perception while doubting, saying: "I saw so-and-so monk, etc., I saw impure conduct, etc." Without combining the agent and the action, wanting to speak words of slander unclearly, or being driven by it and speaking. ༈ "Division of the Sangha" means, with regard to the Sangha or an individual, other than other teachers and the path, the three trainings and their retinue, knowingly transforming one's perception there, wanting to divide or having divided. ༈ "Supporting after that" means transforming one's perception, wanting to be a companion in that division, and being a companion. ༈ "Making householders disgusted" means having committed offenses such as drinking intoxicating beverages in a village where householders reside, or in front of them, by talking about the faults of friends, having done things that cause householders to become disgusted. When the Sangha treats them lawfully with strict expulsion, knowingly transforming one's perception there, wanting to say: "These Sanghas are leaving because of desire, etc., I was unreasonably strictly expelled," and having said it. ༈ "Knowingly" means wanting to speak of the noble qualities of people, wanting to slander, wanting to join in division, wanting to mock attendants, etc., wanting to abandon properly abiding in one's own precepts, and wanting to conceal it in order to take more of the food and drink already obtained, transforming one's perception from these others, wanting to speak or having spoken. ༈ "Knowingly" means clothes
