然而不放纵，要自我约束；不听任何人的话，要像野兽从陷阱中逃脱一般；当处于闭关和修行时，不应忘记誓言，要像在草地上插上木桩一样，稳固地安住；当坏消息和不幸发生时，不要让烦恼进入内心，要像疯子一样喧闹；当与众人共处时，不要让念头散乱，要像失去爱子的母亲一样；当修持本尊和清净的忆念时，要学习将显现和存在转化为清净的无边；当修持气脉和圆满次第时，要像穿针引线一样，保持专注而不放松；即使死亡突然降临，也不要有悲伤和遗憾，要像雄鹰翱翔天空一般；如果具备这七种必要条件，就能调伏过去诸佛的宗见，并圆满我的心愿。你获得人身是有意义的，进入神圣的佛法之门是会有结果的。

However, do not be indulgent, but restrain yourself; do not listen to anyone, but be like a wild animal escaping from a trap; when in retreat and practice, do not forget your vows, but be like a stake planted in the grass, firmly abiding; when bad news and misfortune occur, do not let afflictions enter your mind, but be like a madman making noise; when living with others, do not let your thoughts wander, but be like a mother separated from her beloved child; when meditating on deities and pure recollection, learn to transform appearance and existence into pure infinity; when practicing the winds and completion stage, be like threading a needle, maintaining focus without loosening; even if death suddenly arrives, do not have sorrow or regret, but be like an eagle soaring through the sky; if you possess these seven necessities, you will subdue the views of past Buddhas and fulfill my wishes. Your attainment of a human body is meaningful, and entering the sacred Dharma gate will bear fruit.
