If one relies on this ritual, all the powerful rulers of the world, will respectfully serve like Bodhicitta, and the power of both large and small governments will increase, and they will listen to the instructions like servants. The merit and virtue of this ritual, is the most supreme accomplishment in the future, there is nothing higher than merit itself, the merit of this ritual cannot be fully described.
