Various meats and heart's blood, the three whites, three sweets, and six tastes of food, the enjoyment of baling tormas and offerings of sight fulfill the vows. Accomplishment substances, white mustard seeds in three sections, mixed with poison and blood, the essential cause. Fresh blood steaming, fulfills the vows of those with desire. Wisdom red and common hat, flesh, blood, heart, etc. as symbols, peacock banner, the crest of citta, silk brocade and dark blue tent, snow leopard's head and life-sustaining heart, soft flesh, blood, black sheepskin, leg bone trumpets, skull drums, etc., these support substances fulfill the vows. Black bird, black sheep, black dog blood, human, dog, horse's great corpse, tormas and various fruits, these fulfillment substances fulfill the vows. Horse and black yak, knife and heart, fulfill the vows of glorious Protector. Goat's flesh and blood, great incense offering, fulfills the vows of great beings. Flesh, blood, heart, etc., goat's liver, fulfills the vows of the planets and demons with their retinues. White and red milk, horse and donkey meat, fulfills the vows of the charnel ground mistress. In short, all of existence, container and contents, in the realm of the six senses, with vows appropriate to each, fulfill the vows of the entire retinue of incarnations. Especially in the degenerate age, the happiness and suffering of existence are caused by the mothers, the five elements are also the realm of the five mothers, therefore existence is known as the mothers. Although there is no conceptual thought in the expanse, when manifestations arise from the power, the mothers who control good and bad are extremely fierce and cruel. Yogis who are not skilled in methods, controlled by the ignorance of the world, whatever vows of the goddess, they have not taken them up, white and red hearths and embers, etc., actions that contradict the vows, I confess to you, please accept forgiveness, please do not send punishment from the expanse. Do not scatter dice and pebbles, do not show divination and diagrams, do not throw tsampa tormas and disease bags, do not send disasters and displacements, having fulfilled the fierce vows, with pacifying and increasing two activities as offerings, with the manifest conduct of enchanting and wrathful play, may I attain the accomplishments of the four actions.
