White: At its end, surrounded by seven letters, from which light radiates, illuminating all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and in particular, arousing the mindstream of Great Compassionate One. Purify the karma and afflictions of all sentient beings in the six realms. Through the gathering of light and its absorption into oneself, visualize attaining supreme and common accomplishments. Recite with compassion for beings: Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om! Mani! Padme! Hum! Hrih!) The number of recitations is one hundred million. The time of recitation is four times that. The recitation with signs is combined with omens. Omens include picking white flowers, climbing snow mountains, finding ritual implements, playing music, bathing, and so on. Uncertain experiences, realizations, and dreams may occur. In particular, in the practice of longevity, light radiates from the heart of the Noble One, arousing the mindstream of the venerable Tara. From the realms of the stable and moving, summon the essence of life, as well as life force, lifespan, and breath. In the heart-life center of the main deity being practiced, visualize brightness and absorption, with the root mantra below: Tare Ayurjnana Tshe Bhrum Nri Dza Svaha. (Tibetan: ཏཱ་རེ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲི་ཛ་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: तारे आयुर्ज्ञाना चे भ्रुं न्रि ज स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: tāre āyurjñāna ce bhrūṃ nri ja svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Tara, life, wisdom, life, Bhrum, Nri, Dza, Svaha!) By adding this recitation, eliminate obstacles to life. To subdue obstacles and increase merit, arouse the mindstream of the Radiant Mother. Subdue those who lead astray, and increase life and merit. To completely control the three realms, arouse the mindstream of the Enchantress of Knowledge. Completely control the essence and nourishment of the stable and moving, and in particular, the life and merit of the object of focus. Gather the red light in the form of flames, visualize it absorbing into oneself, radiating brilliantly. Kuru Kulle Hrim Hrim Va Sham Kuru Ye Svaha. (Tibetan: ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་ཧྲིཾ་ཧྲིཾ་ཝཱ་ཤང་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: कुरु कुल्ले ह्रीं ह्रीं वा शां कुरु ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: kuru kulle hrīṃ hrīṃ vā śaṃ kuru ye svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Kuru Kulle Hrim Hrim Bind Kuru Ye Svaha!) By adding this recitation, one becomes independent. To fill the treasury with wealth, arouse the mindstream of the Mother of Wealth Streams. The treasures of gods, nagas, sages, and humans, with light rays like iron hooks, summon and bestow upon oneself. Visualize: Mama Basu Dhari Svaha. (Tibetan: མ་མ་བཱ་སུ་དྷ་རི་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मम वसु धारि स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: mama vasu dhāri svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Mama Wealth Holder Svaha!) By adding this recitation, one attains accomplishments, enjoying wealth equal to that of Vaishravana. The practice items are the life stone and life wheel, and the key points of visualization are in the Red Book and the Essential Letters, which can only be understood through them. Samaya. These extremely profound key points are the practice of the Noble One's self-liberation from suffering, taught by the venerable Maha Guru to the ruler, the Dharma King and his son, in Bar Khang Yuzhal Barwa, and sealed in the heart-essence treasure box.
