已经显现贤劫千佛，愿灯光劫的善妙吉祥！三千世界娑婆金刚乘的刹土，飞翔者教法生起之源邬金（乌仗那）之地，雪山之中被称为赤松国王，发心教法广大圆满愿吉祥！赡洲大地之中心金刚座，班智达成就者法王聚集之三法轮，显密教法兴盛雪域，愿胜教永久住世吉祥！护法法王梵天之花，迎请译师班智达，以艰难获得的传承，随意抛弃，以自造的明咒传承，使雪域成为恶劣之世，从续部到口传，从口传到窍诀，编排后宣说修法事业，愿不违背邬金（乌仗那）堪布的意愿，预言时机已到，仅仅思维教法，与随意接受密咒有何区别？国王种姓之人耳传的，灌顶和加持水流未衰减，那也仅仅是分别识别而已，本体无二原始解脱大圆满，获得法性金刚橛灌顶的，加持未曾隐没，对此生起信心并修持，现在教法的加持虽然未衰减，但因福德转为五浊之邪见，无法把握明咒之成就之时，愿具缘者能够把握！这是持明上师莲花生大士加持的，大圆满者让炯多杰吉美林巴所说。吉祥！吉祥！吉祥！ 薄伽梵金刚橛续部仪轨，金刚忿怒之精华如意宝树。

May the auspiciousness of the good eon of the lamps, in which a thousand Buddhas have appeared! In the land of the Vajrayana of the three thousand worlds of Saha, the land of Uddiyana, the source of the teachings of the flying ones, may the aspiration of King Trisong, who is called in the midst of the snowy mountains, for the widespread and perfect teachings, be auspicious! In the center of the earth, the Vajra Throne, the three wheels of Dharma where the pandits and siddhas, the Dharma kings, gather, may the teachings of Sutra and Tantra flourish in the land of snow, and may the victorious teachings remain forever, auspicious! The Dharma-protecting king, the flower of Brahma, invited the translators and pandits, the lineage obtained with difficulty, discarding it at will, with self-made mantra lineages, making this land of snow a degenerate age. From the tantras to the oral transmissions, from the oral transmissions to the pith instructions, arranging and teaching the practice and activity, may it not deviate from the intention of the Abbot of Uddiyana. The prophesied time has come, thinking only of the teachings, what is the difference between taking secret mantras at will? The empowerment and blessings of the oral transmission of a person of royal lineage, the stream of blessings undiminished, that is only mere discrimination. The essence is non-dual, the great perfection of primordial liberation, having obtained the empowerment of the Dharmata Kilaya, the blessings have not disappeared, have faith in this and practice it, and it will be clear. Although the blessings of the teachings have not diminished now, due to the degenerate views of merit turning into the five degenerations, when it is impossible to grasp the accomplishment of the mantras, may the one with karma be able to grasp it! This was said by Rigdzin master Padmasambhava, blessed by the Great Perfection practitioner Rangjung Dorje Jigme Lingpa. Auspicious! Auspicious! Auspicious!
