思维建立成就之宫殿，口中念诵：天空风火水土山王下，镇压令汝不得起，诸佛成就有义者镇之，无缘法界入三摩地。如是念诵，用七层土覆盖，整平后跳马舞，如《密咒集》中所说：唱不和谐之歌，以舞来结束事业。如是姐妹们小指相连，舞场设为三角形，带着忿怒的姿势跳舞：一是不可说唯一之印，二是方便智慧之印，三是身语意之印，四是四手印之印，五是五智慧之印，六是六度之印，七是七母之印，八是八大尸林之印，九是九尊黑汝嘎之印，十是十忿怒明王之印，于汝百十重叠而镇压，须弥山般威严从上镇，伴随勇士之舞而跳动，于无尽劫中镇压之。 嗡 朗 吽 朗 斯坦 巴 雅 南。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之后，如仪轨抛掷镇压朵玛。若兴致高，则将朵玛盘倒扣于镇压物上，于 吽 桑巴尼（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之后，念诵：三千世界广大吉祥宫殿等，最后镇压者与被镇压者皆于光明空性无执着之状态中片刻安住，此乃究竟之镇压，事少而意义重大。其他续部与智者口诀中所说的不退转之关键，亦应于此时忆念。总纲中说：若有息灭敌魔之征兆，则应努力进行忏悔与供养之仪轨，以及长寿仪轨。如是说，故返回后忏悔罪过，回向与勾招寿命等亦为关键。于此说：炽燃怖畏文殊哈拉相，极忿怒者乃寿命死亡与三界，无量四业之事业乃那札之城，广阔无边无中央深浅之境，将显现诛法之终结送于风中，胜于将木柴鸟类与大海隐藏，此乃后世论典镇压之规，隐秘搅动将密意摄为心要而著，如今于生圆次第口诀论典意义中，如同一口食物中掺杂的

As it is said, the brothers and sisters connect their little fingers, and the dance floor is arranged in a triangle, with wrathful postures and movements. One is the inexpressible, unique seal. Two are the means and wisdom seal. Three are the body, speech, and mind seal. Four are the four mudra seals. Five are the five wisdom seals. Six are the six perfections seal. Seven are the seven mothers seal. Eight are the eight charnel grounds seal. Nine is the nine Heruka mandala seal. Ten are the ten wrathful king seals. I will place a hundred and ten layers on you and suppress you. Mount Meru, majestic, presses down from above. Dancing with the dance of heroes, I will suppress you for countless eons.
