Salé! What else is there besides the fruit of the three sufferings? Therefore, with a strong sense of renunciation, leave behind all the good and bad, happiness and suffering, good and evil of this life, and seek out a secluded forest. In particular, all sentient beings are fathers and mothers, and there is no doubt that they are mutually dependent. Therefore, just as one clings to one's present parents, the act of killing one's former parents in previous lives appears in humans who can speak and understand, and one should ask oneself inwardly. For example, when the noble Kātyāyana went to the city for alms, he saw a householder eating fish, holding a small child in his lap, and a dog gnawing on a bone and being beaten. The noble one, through his wisdom, observed that the fish was his father, the dog was his mother in this life, and the child was his enemy. Enemies and relatives are all impermanent, like illusions. In particular, the parents of this life are the deceased of the past, and even if their consciousness has changed, their bodies have also changed. Just as an ignorant hunter kills many animals and eventually kills his own mother, falling into hell. Killing parents in this way is no different from other killings, and one should remember the suffering of the Avīci hell. Even if one's life is at stake, do not kill other lives. To wicked officials who are fat with arrogance, and to evil hunters driven by karma, even if one speaks beneficial words, they may be seen as heresy. Those who abide by the Bodhisattva vows and possess shame and modesty should govern their territories with the ten virtues, not commit innocent lives to war, prohibit hunting in their territories, not hide criminals underwater, and so on, and should govern with auspicious good deeds. If this is done, the region will be peaceful, the years will be bountiful, and hail, frost, rust, and drought will be rare. Eliminate inauspicious signs in the mountains and rivers, as well as diseases, famine, strife, and the decline of the times. The local deities will be pleased and will send rain at the right time. Without deceiving the Three Jewels, all wishes will be fulfilled. By strictly enforcing the law, the land will be fertile. The king's authority and the family's food and wealth will increase. This life will be happy, and the next life will also be prosperous. Practicing the ten virtues brings happiness and well-being, which is a unique characteristic of the inner Buddhist tradition. The upright me has abandoned unwholesome actions and is devoted to the conduct of a mendicant,

Having attained the kingdom of the formless Dharmakaya, the intention of all Buddhas dawns within oneself. In the past, one also came from the expanse of primordial freedom from elaboration. Now, too, in the state of self-arisen unbornness, Ah! (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Devanagari: अः, Romanized Sanskrit: ah, Literal meaning: Ah!) Having spoken thus, he dissolved into that very crevice in the rock like a magical illusion. The story called "The Deer's Tale - Messenger of Renunciation," which teaches that the fruits of karma are not wasted and encourages virtue, is completed with its three chapters! Ema! The renunciate, the great expanse, the illusory yogi, without attachment, open, uncorrected, in the forest of the Bodhi tree, the land of longevity, having settled in a very secluded place, at the time when the manifestation of the illusory body was forming, the sinful hunter killed a deer and carried the meat back to his dwelling. Seeing this, unbearable great compassion stirred his being, and tears flowed from his eyes like waves. Aversion and strong renunciation constantly urged him on. Opening the door to the treasure of the mind's sky, he wrote down the practice and symbols of the Dharma as they were. May this virtue liberate many beings who are terrified by the fear of life from suffering, and may all who see and hear these words cease the actions of evil hunters! The fifty-first chapter of the collection of stories is complete! The fifty-first chapter of the collection of stories, "The Deer's Tale - Messenger of Renunciation."
